Stopped by while passing through. The chicken wings and the chick strips were both delicious. You get your choice of sauces. My son had their parmesan garlic sauce and it was full of both flavors. I had the mango habenaro, which was a good heat but mostly flavor with a sweet hot combo that I adore. I also tried their Slim Sauce, which is a house flavor. I was not fond of it; it's a little too much ketchup-flavored for my tastes. Mom had the BBQ and commented that it was a little smokey spicey for her. I do wish there was a Slim Chickens near me.So good to hear, Heather! We can't wait to see you again!

Firehouse subs are the freshest tasting subs I have had . No matter which sandwich I order, the meat and bread always taste fresh. The subs do cost more than if you went to Subway or another comparable sandwich shop BUT the subs are BIGGER and you also are not skimped on the meat. When I order from Subway, I am lucky to taste meat in their subs. When I order from Firehouse, there is so much meat it is falling out of the sub. The Hook and Ladder is a great sandwich but if you don't like a lot of veggies, they have a Smokehouse Brisket sub that is awesome. There is something for everyone. They also now offer a 500 calorie or under menu. On that menu, there is a smaller version of the Hook and Ladder and also there is a Chicken Salad sandwich that is very very tasty. I am picky about where I eat chicken salad but I love Firehouse chicken salad sandwich. The owners of this establishment are very friendly as so is the staff. We are never disappointed when we leave here. Great place to go when you want a sub.

This Chicken Express is located in Wake Village, TX, which is a suburb on the west side of Texarkana. The area has several stores and restaurants. There is an Albertson's Supermarket, K - Mart, and a new Wal - Mart Neighborhood Market nearby. I liked the appearance of this Chicken Express. It seems new, although it has been here for more than a year. They do a good job with their landscaping, since there was a garden of flowers along the side of the building as you approach the drive-thru window. Instead of chicken I decided to try their catfish dinner. The catfish was good, and I thought it was better than the catfish I had at Catfish King recently. I also had the choice of two side items, or one side item and a drink. I chose two side items since I already had a drink in my car. Chicken Express gives you several choices of side items. The whole meal was good, and it didn't take long to receive my order. I have to say the staff here does a good job.

We are a taco shop serving awesome food giving you the chance to end world hunger. When you buy a taco, you provide a meal to a hungry child. Buy a meal, give a meal. Meal for meal.
