Employee didn't know how to use the credit on my rewards card to pay my bill. It's a chronic issue at this location--usually charged incorrectly and/or they don't know how to use the cash register for their own gift cards. Walked around the corner after getting our food and FOUR of the first five tables were dirty. There were only two other diners at the time so no excuse for this!Went back up to counter to get one bagel to take to my mom and had to wait in line behind another customer who was ordering. A 2nd employee saw me waiting and said she would be with me in a minute but she never came back. At this point, I see four or five other employees cleaning doors, dumping trash, etc WHILE ONE OF THEIR TWO CUSTOMERS NEEDS ASSISTANCE... After the 1st employee finished with the other customer (making two sandwiches and getting one side), she finally waited on me. I had to tell her twice what I wanted. Silly me, didn't check it until after we drove off and, believe it or not, it was wrong. One bagel. Wrong. How is that even possible to screw up?Love the bagels, sides and beverages. Not the service or cleanliness.
Not presently open. It's been temporarily closed for a couple of years now. There are signs saying they are hiring and it will re-open soon, but that hasn't happened yet.
This is a great place to eat! No long wait, good food, good bread, and pleasant experience!

You have to eat at Rudy's. He's not even a hot dog fan, but he stops at Rudy's EVERY TIME we're in the area. Why? They have this sauce. Apparently, it makes the dog the most delicious thing you've ever put in your mouth. It's a hot spot for celebrity stops, too, so I guess people are big fans. I ordered something other than the hot dog, and it was perfectly fine, but he says the dog is a must eat.

Wow, canât believe weâre giving Chick-fil-A a 2 - theyâre usually a consistent 4 - 5 at all locations... For most places, this might be a 3 but Chick-fil-A is usually so awesome that we hold them to (their own) higher standard. On both of our last 2 visits:1. Had to battle fruit flies 2. Got our own drink refills (usually the employees offer to do it)Most recent visit:1. Employee taking care of dining room was more concerned about the trash than anything else... We saw him taking care of it three times and ignoring other issues. 2. Several dirty tables, which Iâve never seen at any Chick-fil-A before3. Trash on windowsill and floor in dining room. 4. Three pieces of trash on floor in front of condiment stand. 5. Husband got the wrong drink - ordered unsweet tea and received sweet tea Jesse is the young man we usually see taking SUPREME care of the dining room and he wasnât here on these visits. We hope heâs back the next time weâre here so things are back to the usual great Chick-fil-A experience. (We drive FORTY FIVE minutes to get here!)
