This is a takeaway and not sit down restaurant. Had a mixed bag of food. Mostly acceptable. Must depend on who's cooking. Fresh fish comes in on a Thursday so depending on what fish available. Sonetimes snapper or blue cod. Worst visit the chips soggy and batter not great. Last visit a week ago and delicious gurnard oysters and chips which were crunchy. Home made chips so all different sizes and nice if cooked crunchy and not soggy prices reasonable.

Most of the food is pre-made (sandwiches, cakes and the like). There are also burger items and I chose a fish burger and chips. The prices were reasonable, but the quality was ordinary. There was plenty of space for sitting, so I relaxed over my lunch.

We were looking forward to trying out the fish and chips from the carriage but unfortunately, everything was so greasy that we couldn't eat it. Very expensive for greasy fish and chips. Please make sure your oil is hot hot hot and food well drained. Although the service was fantastic, the food and the value of the food was not.
