I now know why they have Kiosks to place orders because some of the staff people that they hire do not know how to place a simple order. I kept telling the guy I wanted to order the McDouble Bundle for three dollars and he could not grasp it as he kept charging me full price. I finally had to walk him through it and he ended up giving the fries for free because he was not too sure how to place the order.The food itself was excellent and was freshly cooked and hot and delicious. The burger was great and the chicken nuggets have improved over the years. The manager here just needs to train their staff better to communicate with the customers. I think it was just bad training.

My husband ordered delivery of a Roast Pork Lo Mein Combo plate last night about 8PM. The delivery was excellent and fast, food was good but the Pork Lo Mein was not as expected as he had to hunt and hunt for the pork. Seemed to be mostly noodles with about 6-8 very thin strips of meat, that were 1-2" in length. Needless to say, he didn't feel that what he received was what the menu implied the dish would be regarding the pork quantity and size. In other words, "where's the pork?"

Overpriced compared to similar type places.The day I visited air conditioning was broken they should have been closed is was so hot.The young man working assured me the tuna was fresh and refrigerated so thats what I had,but they had no wheat on this day at 1 pm a little annoying.Another worker came in while I was waiting and just ranted and complained about everything,not a good experience.
