Things to do in Skippack
Skippack is loaded with great restaurants and Love Hot Dog Company is no exception. The difference here is you can eat well and eat fast! Not a Hot Dog fan? No worries here. Jason has quite a variety of items and toppings to satisfy any sandwich foodie. From exotic game meats to great soups. Of course, the hot dogs are awesome. Vienna Beef on the most awesome sandwich rolls. Add to that, Kobe Beef Dogs, Vienna Bratwurst, Keilbasa, Italian Sausage. Other sausages include Smoked Duck w/Apple Brandy, Venison w/blueberry, Elk w/apple pear port wine, Pheasnt w/cognac cranberry. The toppings. That's another story. The sauteed onions and peppers are amazing. Then there is my favorite, Bacon Jam! The menu constantly changes with new specials daily. They may have Buffalo dogs, wild boar, Italian Beef and even Lobster roll sandwiches. Awesome fresh squeezed lemonaid and some great soups. I had the black bean last week. It was excellent. I never know what to expect so I keep coming back. Jason's the guy behind the tie die shirt. He'll keep you entertained while you eat. I'm picky about my food and like to experiment. Love Hot Dog keeps me coming back. Check it out. Go early before they sell out! Oh yes, the their facebook page. Like this page and you'll get not only the specials, but some great daily trivia. It's a fun fan page. Check it out. https://www.facebook.com/lovehotdogcompany#!/lovehotdogcompany

Casual Italian Restaurant serving a wide selection of pizza pasta sandwiches wings burgers and much more and bring your own wine and beer
I visited on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at noon. You can order at the counter and then have a seat on the left side of the restaurant. (The right side seems to be for waitstaff-style dining off the menu).I ordered a regular slice of cheese pizza and a pizza steak sandwich. They called for me and I went to get my order and paid for it at the counter. I also had a 16 oz bottle of soda. The pizza was very good! Nice cheese to sauce to crust ratio. The pizza steak had chopped steak, pizza sauce and provolone, then melted in the oven. The roasting added a little extra crispness to the edged of the roll.Total cost for pizza slice, pizza steak sandwich, 16 oz bottled soda, with tax, before tip: $9.81. I felt that this was a bargain for a filling lunch.Thank you kindly for the great reviews we appreciate customer comments
Best Mediterranean food near Skippack, Pennsylvania, United States
This is an upscale Italian restaurant. The owners also have Laura's and Laura's II which are also very good pizza restaurants.I had what I think is the best veal parm I have ever had. It came with a side of pasta and a salad. There are a number of different dishes that won't be found in a pizza type of Italian restaurant. There are two floors with no elevator so if you have difficulty with stairs there are tables on the first floor and dining is also available on the patio. DEFINITELY worth a stop at villa named after the son of the owners.BYOB
