Good concept, very mediocre execution. Staff was cranky with each other and while less so with customers, itâs not a friendly or organized environment. Nice enough looking menu and good prices but no tomato soup available right in the middle of lunch hour. Messy presentation and âto goâ service when we were eating in, which I donât like. They are newly opened, I think, so they might just need to iron out some training issues but theyâve got a ways to go. Canât recommend.

While the food is standard DQ quality (which I like), the service at this restaurant is slow and disorganized every time I have visited over the last few months. I'm addicted to Blizzards, which is all that keeps me going back. While the people behind the counter are friendly, they can't seem to get their act together as a team, and the kitchen itself seems to be one of the main hold-ups. Drive-through customers get much better service, I've found, than those who order inside. Tables in the restaurant are not always clean.

Well if you cook a hot dog for many hours on a rotating grill it gets pretty nasty. I was hungry and My wife warned me, but I wanted a hot dog. I received my hot dog and a soft drink for like $4.00 and had one bite and through it way, my longing for a hot dog was over-absolutely horrible and expensive. I should have known better. And they should decide to sell decent simple food or none at all.

A new restaurant for Silverdale. One of the few JJ's that I have found with a drive-thru. Good sandwiches as at all JJ's. Convenient location off the main drag.

So, that is why I choose Burger King when I'm wanting a quick burger. They have a small, inexpensive menu if you just want some quick food for a low price. Same quality. You have to look for that menu but it is worthwhile!
