Things to do in Rexburg
LOve this little place located in the Rexburg Broulim's. I used to work at Broulim's and this was always my fave lunch choice. The gal who runs the place is a sweetie and all of the CupBoppers are friendly and fast. Oh and the food is tasty and a pretty good value. Since there are very few decent places to get asian-ish cuisine here in the Burg, this is a great option and close to BYU-I

The domino's has been recently upgraded, with some indoor seating, and a more efficient work area. I was impressed with the coordinated team effort to produce pies and other products rapidly. The cashier was very helpful, and even looked up a discount to use which saved me $3. Another worker came and asked if I would like a drink of water while I waited. The service was great! I enjoyed the pizza very much, but it seems like this "ultimate pepperoni" had some kind of added sprinkle that was too salty. Otherwise this was a great visit. They are very quick to put the product together. I enjoyed watching the assembly process. I would not hesitate to drop in any time for a nice pizza.
Where to eat Mexican food in Rexburg: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Seriously, the corn dogs here are so good! Make sure to get it with honey. I know, it sounds weird but it's better than ketchup or mustard! Once you try it, you'll be addicted. The corn dogs are large, and they will certainly fill you up. Great for families or couples on a strict budget. I'm not a fan of the wurst's though or the cheese dogs. Just get the corn dogs and you will be happy!
This taco time continues to be a great value. I visited recently after quite a long absence. It is still a fine place to get some good, tasty food. The management is still hitting home runs on quality, speed of production, freshness and tasty varieties of food. It may not be the most "Mexican" of fast food, but the fresh salsa and other condiments continue to please. If you are passing through Rexburg, and need a place to grab a quick meal near the west end of campus, this is a safe place that should not disappoint.
T-Rex Burgers is a food trailer, with a few picnic tables for seating. It is easy to find, next to the Wendy's on 200 East in Rexburg. It is a clever idea with the name playing on Rexburg. I ordered the T Rex Burger, which is over 10 dollars. It comes with three patties of meat, in a variety of flavour choices. (bacon, spicy, regular, taco) The meat is pre-seasoned. It makes a stack about 6 inches high. I ordered with some provolone, and a few other fresh ingredients. It was a good burger, but challenging at best to eat, so I did the gentlemanly thing and used a knife and fork. The meat was a bit tough, but tasted very good, and for the price, I am not sure I would order this again because it is so tall. I could have had a single burger for around $6. This is a more substantial burger than one next door. All ingredients were fresh and of high quality.
