Easily found at location just North of Interstate 20 at Exit 158 in Pell City Alabama. Ample parking. Service was superb and food quality as expected from the Chick-fil-A chain. An excellent choice for lunch.

We ate here the other day. It was a little disappointing just because the Zaxby's I usually eat at is really great... this place was okay, but so is everywhere else. Food was thrown together in a sloppy manner. Service was fast but not very friendly. They are higher in price than the other fast food stores around, so I would think they should be better in service and appearance as well. I will probably not return to this location.

This is your average Krystal's (Southern White Castle). They have a wide array of tasty quick bites that are tasty but no matter the time of day, every time I went, the service took extremely long. Almost every time the Person who took my order was also the person to prepare the food.

Stopped here for a restroom run and to pick up some snacks. The area is nice . The restrooms were clean. The clerk was very nice. Great Pilot along I-20.
