I went with my parents for a quick lunch on a work day. Service was fast, sandwiches were either hot or cold depending on your order. I got a meatball sandwich that was really good. The meatballs were huge. Overall, I was happy. Prices were higher than what we wanted to pay for the meal. Ended up being $28 bucks for three sandwiches, two drinks, and a bag of chips.

This is the place for a tasty lunch or dinner. My personal favorite is the "Hook and Ladder", though once in a while I will chose the "Hero" Sub. Can be noisy though, due to 2 televisions that may be tuned to a sports event. Food is ordered at a bar type counter then carried to your table by one of the preparers.

Had the typical food expected from A&W and Long John Silver. Tasted good as expected - same everywhere. The service was just done poorly. I ordered quickly and they gave me slaw and fries automatically as my sides, even though you have options of about six - wish she had asked. She didn't! Told afterward if nobody says, they get fries and slaw. They brought my order but said one piece of chicken will be coming soon. Asked immediately if I could just have cheese curds instead of the piece of chicken (one of the sides I would have ordered) but after she checked with the manager, said no. That is substituting a more expensive meat for a cheaper side but not OK We had to ask for the piece of chicken as we were leaving as they forgot about it. Totally non-empowered, non caring staff - will not return! So many chances to make this a good visit but failed at every try.
