For 10 euro, you get a whole chicken, and enough fries for 2 or 3 people. The first night I had a take-away meal here, I had the chicken. This is one of those extremely painful memories for someone who loves good street food. I won't ever get this in the USA! Whatever it is they used to season the chicken, combined with the way they cooked it, it made for a gourmet experience--though it's street food! I can honestly say I've never had chicken with the unique tastes as here. If there had been a franchise operation in the USA that served chicken that good with such a unique flavor with the recipe from Pippo's, the well known American franchises that serve fried chicken wouldn't stand a chance! There is a thriving and bustling trade here, with a few tables at which one can stand. The main trade is for take-away. Memory fails me, but, I believe a 500ml bottle of Peroni was 2 euro. If it was more than that, it certainly didn't go above 3 euro. On the hot nights here, a lovely cold beer in the evening was so refreshing. So, remarkably inexpensive food, great tastes, inexpensive beer, and great location for the stand, and it's a fantastic memory for the future. Certainly I'll be dreaming of the rotisserie chicken for years to come!

Ci siamo fermati a pranzare in questo posto, situato vicino al porto. Locale non tanto grande con pochi posti a sedere e abbastanza pulito. Il menù è vario,non eccessivamente caro e la signora titolare, gentilissima. Abbiamo preso degli spaghetti gamberi e crema di zucchine decisamente spettacolari. Le porzioni sono veramente abbondanti. Con 2 bottiglie d'acqua da mezzo litro, abbiamo speso 14â¬. Se devo fare una critica, direi che ci sono troppe mosche e per un posto dove si mangia,non è il massimo vederne tante. Tolto questo particolare,direi che il locale dal mio punto di vista (per un pranzo o una cena veloce), può ritenersi più che soddisfacente... Consigliato
