I was told that this location doesn't participate in all corporate promotions, because it isn't a corporate location. This was my favorite location, but we will have to think twice about it in the future. If your driving through and you look online at the specials and want to stop by to eat. Just know that this location may not honor the online specials.

Probably the best sub sandwiches around. This is pretty standard for Firehouse. I had the meatball sub and it was delicious. Nice location and nice people working for them.

Iâve lived in Alabama for almost 3 years and I cannot believe the low standard in Alabama restaurants for cleanliness, most are just so dirty! The Panda Express restaurants are the exception to that. I go into the Prattville location all the time, itâs always clean, the employees are nice and they are cooking the food fresh! I go here at least twice a week for lunch, love it.

This is by far, the worst in the chain! You have to wait 5 to 10 minutes once you hit the button to order before someone comes on to take the order. They never seem happy to be at work and never say thank you for the business. I'll pass on this chain location.

Family went for shakes and some onion rings and fries. The shakes were mixed with ingredients thoroughly however the family members who ordered ice cream blasts the ingredients were only at the top portion of the blast so just plain ice cream on bottom half. This sonic is not as attentive to the orders as other sonics we have been to.
