We thought this was a normal coffee-snacks type place. But inside we ordered coffee for £2.00 and I had an Oasis at £1.95. We were very thirsty having walked around the abbey in hot sunshine.The coffee was absolutey undrinkable, so after one sip my wife left it. My Oasis was fine cause it was premade in a factory and therefore un-ruinable. though if they had had their chance....

Best local Chinese takeaway around, the salt and spicy chicken wings are lush and so reasonably priced just like the rest of the menu. I would recommend the chilli chicken. It is also available to order and collect or to be delivered which is handy if you live a bit away or are just wanting a lazy night in. It is also open till late which is amazing if you do shift work or are out for a night On the town.

Ordered takeaway food here on Sunday evening for delivery. Arrived within 40 mins, pleasant driver and food still hot! The portions are huge! So much so we refrigerated half of it for dinner the next day!! Salt pepper & chilli chicken starter was the best weâve had for a long time. Hubby had the Thai red curry - he loves hot spicy food - and it lived up to its description - he thoroughly enjoyed it. Slightly more expensive than the other local Chinese takeaways but most definitely worth the extra couple of pounds. We have used other Chinese takeaway restaurants in the area and this was recommended to us by a friend. So glad we gave it a try and will definitely be using in the future.

Between Edinburgh and Newcastle the choice of fast food is pretty limited along until you reach Earlston between Lauder and Jedburgh. Itâs one of the cleanest takeaways ever!! The standard of food is top quality with a choice of Fish and Chips with everything in between including kebabs and a wonderful choice of freshly prepared Pizzas with fresh toppings. The flavours outstrip those of pubs and restaurant by a good margin. So if you are hungry and thirsty then this is going to take some beating.There are plenty of stopping places mostly outside the front door!! So just for you, friends, family, hard pressed business folk or bikers in need of energy to make it home, this really is food at itâs cleanest and of the tastiest I have ever had.Turn right off the A68 going Northbound, towards the town centre and itâs 300 yards on your left. Enjoy.

Greggs sausage rolls and pasties are the best in the business... The are warm, very tasty, filling, appetizing, good value for money, they have a unique taste all of their own... The premises are always, inviting, warm and friendly...You are definitely converted to their food after your first bite... 110% Guaranteed and Highly Recommended...Every time I visit Gala from Northern Ireland, I always make a point of going to Greggs for something to eat, and I never regret it... I would like to wish the company Good Luck for the future, and may their business go from strength to strength as the years progress...
