I've been to quite a few Spur Steak ranches over a 20 year period and decided to give these guys a go. I went late afternoon around 15:30. I usually order the standard original spur burger and follow it up with a classic waffle. I was totally blown away with a perfect burger and chips. For the burger specialists out there...who will argue and say it's only a burger and not perfect...all i will say is it's the best spur burger I've ever had...enough already bring the waffle :)Dear Winston G,Thanks so much for taking the time to send us your feedback and for your continuous support over the years. Iâve been to this Spur on many occasions and on each visit, the service has been absolutely shocking. I keep returning with kids in the hope that perhaps the service will have improved. Not at all. This place is terrible and I will NEVER return. Donât bother supporting this restaurant. The staff donât give a damn about customer service, theyâre rude and theyâre absolutely USELESS. We were at Frank and Philly's for breakfast. outstanding pan cakes, cheesegrillers, frankfurters all ala carte at a reasonable price. cooked while you wait. eat next to blouberg beach in the backdrop of table mountain. what can one ask for more? we have been here few times and kids love it. Both Frank and Philly are interesting persons and one can have a good chat with them.
