This is a good place to stop and eat your meal both inside or out. There is mooring for boaters, and lots of parking in the town. There fish and chips are probably the best you will get anywhere in the town. Service and welcome very good.

I work regularly in March and don't know how I have missed this place.Its cafe not a restuarant but my meal was first rate and I will certainly eat here again.Freshly cooked, very flavourful, well presented and good sized portion.As its not licensed you can always start and finish at The Ship for great beer like i did.

I had a vegetable burger. The "salad" was one limp lettuce leaf.My wife had a piece of rock. This was very greasy and the fish was undercooked.Not recommended.

Having just arrived home in the early evening from holiday the last thing we wanted to do was cook up a meal. We are not great fans of takeaways but for once we telephoned in an order for a home delivery. The meal took 45 minutes to arrive which was fine because what we ate was first rate. Generous portions at really good prices. We also like the way they presented the dishes. We shall definitely be ordering a takeaway with them again.
