On our way to South Carolina, my wife wanted a quick stop for a biscuit and somesweet tea. Bojangles sign pops up and she says stop here, OK I know when to stop,and what a pleasant surprise. The facility was spotless, fresh flowers on every table,servers who were trained and very cordial, no rush here just service. Seasonal trimmings around the ceiling etc., etc.Biscuits looked exactly like the ones on TV (how many fast food places actually present what they project?). My wife had a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Biscuit (I think that was what she had), I just had a plain Biscuit with Grape Jam. Jam no less not some watery jelly.I suspect the restaurant was pretty new, but even so it was without a doubt the best experience we have ever had in any fast food emporium. .Congratulations to the Owner/Manager and his staff, we will stop here every time we go to or come from South Carolina. Nice Job!!!

Pulled into the drive thru after leaving the grocery store today (Sunday) to place my order at approximately 445pm. I requested the 10 piece meal ALL dark meat (coleslaw with redbeans/rice) with half/half of both mild and spicy chicken....the young lady informed me that it would be a 15 min wait. I told her no problem and I pulled around to pay for my meal. She told me to pull over into the parking lot and they'd bring my order out. I pulled over and had a clear view of the drive thru window, I watched car after car get serviced as I sat waiting (with my groceries in the car). After 40 minutes of waiting, I'd had enough and drove back around to pull up to the window (it was raining by now). I asked the cashier how much longer before my order would be ready and I repeated what I had requested. She stated that they only had 2 pieces of mild and everything else was spicy. At this point after waiting for this amount of time I said FINE! So she bags up my order and I'm on my home to feed my family. After getting home (20 min drive) I checked the bag..... order was all wrong -- bag FULL of chicken breasts -- NO dark meat at all and I believe everything was spicy. Luckily the groceries (cold items) that I had just picked up from the grocery store made it home safely. I tried to call the store to inform management of my displeasure with today's customer service but of course nobody answered the phone. I think we'll stick with KFC which is located across the street!

There was a bit of unnecessary traffic near the bar from employees, excessive for no reason. Won't really working. The hot wings I ordered were ok but the wild tasted as if hot sauce was just poured on them. I love bdubbs but I probably wouldn't go back if I'm ever in town. Could've been a better atmosphere.
