Koper (Slovene pronunciation: [ˈkoːpəɾ] ( listen)) (Italian: Capodistria) is a city in southwestern Slovenia, with the other Slovenian coastal towns Ankaran, Izola, Piran, and Portorož, situated along the country's 47-kilometre (29-mile) coastline, in the Istrian Region, approximately five kilometres (3.1 miles) from its border with Italy. Having a unique ecology and biodiversity, it is considered an important national natural resource. The city's Port of Koper is the major contributor to the economy of the eponymous city municipality. With only one percent of Slovenia having a coastline, the influence that the Port of Koper also has on tourism was a factor in Ankaran deciding to leave the municipality in a referendum in 2011 to establish its own. The city is a destination on a number of Mediterranean cruising lines. In 2016, the city expects 65 cruise ship arrivals (for example: Norwegian Spirit, MSC Magnifica, Norwegian Jade, MS Rhapsody of the Seas...) with the season spanning from March to December. Koper is the main urban centre of the Slovenian Istria, with a population of about 25,000.

I'm sure that it is difficult to get better coffee in the radius of few kilometers around! It would be unfair to say that they have the best coffee in Koper! Top 5 for sure! If you are around the place jump by you will never regret, the stuff is very nice!

This is more Pub or bar then the restaurant, but nevertheless I must confirm that if you are hungry and you wish to eat good burger and drink a refreshing beverage (like beer) than this is a place to go, Location is somehow strange (near a petrol station and water supply headquarter). Interior is rigid but nice enough and clean.

We had Viki burger with beef meat, cheese, bacon, pickles, tomato, onion and salad. I love it! And I really admire the fact they serve original Sola Ice Tea in can. Sola ice tea, juicy burger and nice view is the best combination ever!

Kamarin has a perfect atmosphere to enjoy amazing food and drinks. Staff is really friendly and helpful, and the burgers are DELICIOUS! Definitely best in Koper and further around. The meat is perfectly grilled and the home made souce is amazing. Also the choice of beers is awesome, they have something for each taste. It is a must try and I totally recommend!

We decided between a dinner with seashells and Mc Donald's, finally my husband suggested that we go to Betola and certainly we didn't regret it. Hamburgers were hot, juicy and delicious. Inevitably to lick your fingers, because the sauce is excellent. Fast and friendly staff. I suggest a hamburger with Istrian truffles, it is something special. Plenty of parking space and clean toilets. Definitely we will come back. They also have an outside terrace.

The food, snacks and other offer are good, the staff depends who serves you, but the place is always crowded and with music at a very high volume, so it's chaotic and it's difficult to hear your company talking.

Itâs on the way to the center, near the seaside. We had fried fish, chips. All was very delicious and simple. Itâs a self service place. Drinks were ice cold. The bread was good. There are several tables outside. The price was reasonable with the quality
