Located at Jounieh area near atcl. The food was tasty and the service very good. The waiters were polite and helpful. I liked mainly the Kebbe and the pizza but the desert was just ok. The look was much better than the taste. The average price is around 15 dollars per person . Nice place to relax.

A restaurant that offers great pizza. Good for quick bite and delivery. The top on the list are Mexican, chicken curry, Greek and chicken BBQ. As for dessert, Chico pizza is yum. The service is good and fast. Prices are affordable

I like crepaway that's why I go there often... I had a nice burger made especially for German fans in the FIFA world cup... Angus beef patty stuffed with cheese, honey mustard and grain mustard honey sauces, emmental cheese, hash brown potatoes, crispy bacon, pickled onion, tomato and lettuce... I replaced the fries and the coleslaw salad by a side green salad and grilled potatoes... It was a good experience... It is recommended

I'm a regular customer of Mc Donald's Jounieh with a minimum of two visits per week.We frequently face issues while ordering (People not waiting in line and staff letting them through, repeating the order many times to the cashier because he is not fully attentive and trying to multitask, etc...) but we always attributed the issues to the high number of customers related to the low number of staff and usually having only one cashier (the second one is most of the time closed)However, on this visit, the was on another level,- First of all we were passed by three customers who were not waiting in line and on all three times mentioned it to the cashier- we then finally got to order, repeated the order FOUR times and asked about the "Mastercard" offer. the Lady typed the order but did not type the offer (we were allowed to take a cheese burger when we pay with a Mastercard Debit Card but the cheese burger was charged)- We told her it was ok to charge the cheese burger and to add the free one to any other order (we were 5 persons).. Still she did not add it to any other order- We waited for more than 10 minutes to get served only to discover that one order was "forgotten" and when we reminded them about it they said that they got mixed up and will prepare it asap.. They asked us to sit down as they will bring it to the table.- The order was brought when most of the group finished eating, again, without the free cheese burger. We reminded the "waitress" about it. She said she will check and get back to us. but she never did.I recommend you either train your staff better or at least increase the number of employees so that they may serve the clients better.
