Just passed by and decided to try it, we are so happy we did. Authentic South American cuisine. Arepas from Venezuela are delicious. They also serve yuca frita, French fries, empanadas, sandwiches & salads. The place is tiny but servers are quick even dough everything is made to order. A little bit of the tropic on this side of the world!

Jachnun Bar is located right in the heart of Mahane Yehuda. The staff are friendly and outgoing. The malawach is outstanding. It is so delicious, with tons of spices and flavors. It's probably my favorite food in all of Jerusalem and is always worth a trip to.

Everything was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the hummus here. Pinati is a busy lunch place that is surely an iconic restaurant in Jerusalem. The owner and waiters were very pleasant. It is a small restaurant but with a lot of character. Good food at a reasonable price.

This is the real thing, authentic battered deep fried fish and freshly made chips. They will even give you vinegar if you request it (alas not the malt kind, but you can't have everything).Now if only they had mushy peas...
