We've eaten here a lot over the last few years but the last three timea were bad. Hook and Ladder had hardly any meat and no sauce. Just a dry lettuce sub with pape-thin, pale, flavorless tomatoes. The large brisket sub had about 3 inches on each end with NO meat. What's the point of buying a large if all that means is more bread with same amount of meat? We walked in around 7:30 PM for takeout, nobody in front of us, and it took 20 minutes to get the two subs. No smiles from staff and they seemed annoyed that we were there. 3 strikes. Won't go back. Subway is next door.

It was recommended by a friend to try the Cook Out and I am glad that I did! I had the spicy chicken combo with fries and coleslaw.Everything was served hot and it was all very tasty. There are many selections to choose from on the menu and for the sides as well.It was clean and comfortable. Relaxing music playing too. I will be back!
