Little Paris Restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the Holiday Inn Hotel located @ Holiday Inn City Centre Harbin, JingWei Jie 90Hao WanDa JiaRi 3Lou, Harbin, China. In the morning, it serves a real great Breakfast Buffet, both Western style breakfast and also Asian breakfast. Western breakfast is fried eggs, sausages, toast, pancakes, waffles, beverage. Chinese Buffet is the Congee, noodles, numerous vegetables dishes, egg rolls, dumplings, Noodle Chef on duty, lots of Asian breakfast cakes and sweets. You can pay separately for each type of Buffet (68 CYN= $12.00 USD)) and is limited to the selection from that items in that category.....OR you can go for the WHOLE Breakfast Buffet (includes everything!) for 108 CYN. ($17.00 USD). Either way, it's was totally worth it esp. if you get up early like we do. We don't want to get dressed and journey outside the hotel early in the morning and try to look for a breakfast place. Most restaurants outside the hotel opens up during the same time as the stores when there are shoppers (about 9 or 10AM) Even if you found one that's open that early, it probably won't served any Western breakfast items. . After the Breakfast Buffet is over, it becomes the Little Paris Restaurant. It have fabulous dishes at reasonable "tourist" rates. We had the Harbin dumplings (large plate) for 28 CYN ($5.50 USD) a plate and Chinese noodle dish for about the same price. Both were quite delicious. The restaurant décor is very modern. There are tablecloths on the tables with utensil settings when you walk in. So it's a bit classy. So for the price of the food(presented elegantly) and the atmosphere, it was reasonable. We have no complaints. Staff was very attentive and filled our tea cups often. Yes, you can charged your meals to your room if you are staying there.Would we go back? Yes. In fact we ate there several times during our stay and was never disappointed.
Located next to the river, at end of the pedestrian shopping street in Harbin, this restaurant has a good location.Wanting to try some Russian food, we decided to give this restaurant a try. The menu is fairly extensive, and contains mostly beef and pork dishes. It's also written in Chinese, Russian, and English, so you shouldn't have problems figuring out what is what. Unfortunately, waiter seems disinterested when asked for recommendation, and seemed annoyed when we asked about their "sandwiches".Most entrees were in the 40 to 60 rmb range, and the soups were about 22.Fortunately, the food were generally pretty good. The borsch soup was flavorful and hot. The beef stew was just a small bowl of beef, while the beef tongue was much bigger in portions. Food is very rich and hearty, like most food in the area.

Pizza Hut in China. Its actually quite nice. The service is extremely efficiant. You are greeted by a guy who opens the door for you, then quickly ushered down stairs, then quickly ushered to your seat. Then very quickly someone comes up with the menus. 5 minutes later your order is taken. The food is kind of typical of a Pizza Hut but then with a Chinese twist. It was actually quite good and affordable. The cost was cheap for us Aussies but not for Chinese prices. The menus are in Chinese and some form of english, but there are photos so you can just point. Some of the staff can speak english but not all. The toilets are very clean and are a mix of western and eastern squat toilets.

Seriously I'm not used to the winter but my date brought me to MaDieer Restaurant for the first dinner. We reached there around 2pm so there wasn't much of the crowd. Ordered some pork, mashed potatoes, chocolate cake and lamb. Definitely worth the price, but i have to say the cake is awful.I love the ambience.

I went there with my friend, it wasn't far from our dormitory. The location was perfectï¼in the same building with Carrefour. We had a small Hawaii pizza, a spaghetti etc. I had sweet corn juice and it was great, very highly recommended. The food was OK, up to their standard.

Travelling in Asia with my teenager can be fun, but food times are sometimes a mission. However every now and again it is great to just grab something you know everyone likes. I must admit I like Asian Maccas as they often have some vegetarian snacks so I can eat too.In the case of this particular restaurant, while the food was perfectly good, I think its most pleasant feature was the heat. It was around -20 degrees outside with a hard wind too, so food and heat were REALLY appreciated.
