Haldwani is located in the Nainital District, and is one of its eight Subdivisions. The Haldwani Urban Agglomeration has 232,095 people, and is the fourth most populous UA in Uttarakhand, after Dehradun, Haridwar and Roorkee. Being situated in the immediate foothils of Kumaon Himalayas, Haldwani is known as the "Gateway of Kumaon".

Dear Fiesta Owner and employees, my comments are my personal experience (been to fiesta 2 times) and here they are: 1. Food is very average, I ordered 2 chicken biryani (oily, nothing great about it, regardless to the fact that biryani is a meal in itself!), 1 Dal Makhani (mediocre, dhaba serves better and charge lesser), 1 Milli Juli Sabzi (horrible, please do take into account vegetarians' aspiration, when they come to restaurants to have food), 1 chicken dimsums (it could be better if its accompaniment was served with it on time, it came when dimsums got over). 2. A customer might overlook the fact that the food served was average but can't overlook how it was served. All the service staff was very ignorant towards our need, I had to literally ask for each and everything be it water bottles, glasses, bowls, napkins, extra spoons, plate clearance. I believe there is something called anticipation of guests need. 3. No particular server was assigned to our table.4. While settling the bill, a service guy just asked "was the food fine?" which I believe that even the servers knows that they aren't serving anything great. 5. Feedback form designed by the restaurant is a disaster. You should hire a consultant for the same. 6. AC temperature was way too cool. 7. Regular water is not available, they only serve packaged water. I believe it's customers right not to pay for the water they get (in case it's regular, healthy and drinkable), at least!

The first fine dining restaurant in town with authentic mughlai & chineese cuisine. best place for birthday, kitty and corporate events. Service staff is well behaved and courteous and work as a team to achieve customer satisfaction.

Ordered butter chicken and it was terrible, had a sweet flavor. They had used left over tandoori chicken pieces from the day before. What made it worse was while eating a cockroach walked over the table!dear Sir , first of all i am very sorry for you faced such a bad experiences .Regarding your issues on butter chicken we will take measurements to correct the taste however our recipe is based on tangy tomato gravy which has a little sweetness taste. But we will certainly take a review on this and take corrective measurements.However for the cockroach issues , I had deep detailed review with my team and they reported that no customer has ever reported such a issue to the staff or management . I hope such incidence has really made a person angry and some kind of issues would a genuine process to highlight to the management the same time to the staff by the customer. So request you to please let me know your date & time of visit to our restaurant when this bad incidence has happed with you. I will check the camera recordings for that day and time and will certainly take the corrective action to the staff if they are hiding such a big issues. I hope you would understand that owner cannot be around all the time so really your co-operation will be solicited. Looking forward to your response. regardsdeepak joshi

Visited today, due to a business trip in Haldwani.Located Outside the main city but something that everyone would love is ambience and service.Food quality was moderately âgoodishâ in terms of taste. Quantity was more than enough. Had ordered Bhuna Gosht and 2 type of Biriyanis-Hyderabadi gosht and normal chicken biryani. Service was too good and prompt. Appreciate the service after a long time in the city.Overall great experience.

This pure veg restaurant is located opposite to taxi stand.This restaurant might go unnoticed or misunderstood with just a bakery but it has every cuisine for everyone. The quality of food is good and less oily.Gujaratis might get Dhokla or Khaandvi too.Service is quicker and the area is very clean. Don't judge it by simply computer printed menu.

I had a wonderful experience here. Everything were amazing! They had a variety of options for all their cuisines and they didnât compromise with the taste at all. The food was fantastic. The staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant is bit small but you can take away or order on phone.
