Stopped here this morning after returning from Allegiant flight out of Rickenbacker Airport. Just needed a quick breakfast! Had to ask server to wipe counter as I sat down. Photo shows gross waffle area and dirty floor. Manager ? was yelling at a worker. Syrup dripping down sides of bottle. :( waffle thin tasteless. This is why waffle houses get a bad wrap! $7.00 for a paper thin waffle and 3 pieces of bacon cooked hours prior? Ice water, Over priced?? Friendly servers :)

Stayed at a hotel, just next door to this restaurant. It was 10pm and the ONLY THING OPEN within walking distance.The drive thru was open, but we were "REFUSED" SERVICE because we DID NOT have a CAR.The window was 30 FEET FROM THE HOTEL ENTRANCE.NO SERVICE.I hope with customer service like this, they will be closed within a year.

Stopped here on our way through Ohio. It was like stepping back into the 1980s with outdated decor and filthy. There was also supposed to be a pizza hut inside this location but you couldn't tell, there was just a pizza advertisement hanging from the ceiling, there was no menu. The service was slow and everyone that was working there seemed to be a little shady. I guess the best thing I can say is that all of their tatoos were spelled correctly. The food itself was decent, typical taco bell. Do not go into the bathrooms, this place makes a roadside truck stop seem like the taj mahal. I don't think the bathrooms had been cleaned in ages. The sinks were black with dirt, faucet handles were broken and there were sticky floors with a black moldy substance in the corners on the tiles. I'm surprised this place is allowed to stay open. In the dining room ceiling tiles are water stained and the tables and chairs were that cheap plastic that was typical in the 80s. If you are driving through town choose any other place to eat, there are plenty of other options.

Chicken was tasty, hot, had good appearance, fast, and in general was pleasing during the meal. It is shared with another restaurant which you can order from using the same counter. The restrooms are acceptable as well.

I had one time where I my pizza crust wasn't thick "didn't rise" correctly. I called and told the lady that answered she instantly credited my account, offered to remake them also. thank you, MINUTEMAN STAFF !!!! YOU DO A GREAT JOB and you make MY TUMMY SO HAPPY!!!!!

I only review fast food places of they are really good, or really bad. This location was really good. The staff seemed very nice and had no attitudes which is unusual for a fast food place. The place was clean, including restrooms, which is important.
