Good food served hot. Very friendly, responsive servers. Need to be a little quicker about bussing tables, but it was a very busy day (Sunday after Thanksgiving). Table service was good. They have some TVs so you could watch the game.

Occasionally while traveling my wife and I like to grab a cup of ice coffee. We had actually never stopped at a Dunkin Donuts before now but we have begun wondering why we waited so long? The ladies working in Dry Ridge are so friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful! We have enjoyed a vanilla cream ice coffee the past few afternoons during our stay. Given the opportunity we would gladly return to this particular coffee shop. Thank you!

Let me list what's wrong. Teen-aged female server wiped dirty hands on shirt, then continued preparing order; she took so long, the shake melted; she was yelled at by manager who told her she'd better bet busy waiting on people (there were about 6 others waiting in line); the food was cold (shake was warm though) by the time we got the order -- probably 15 minutes! I used the rest room in the convenience store next door, and browsed around for quite awhile, while my friend was STILL IN LINE at BK! I'm getting used to poor service at McDonald's -- but BK? NEVER AGAIN!
