Not far from Constitution square, Captain Frank's Hotdog Emporium is one of those places that is the epitome of American culture- the food is absolutely delicious while being unmistakably bad for you. The hotdogs range in size from average to immediately waistline altering and come in enough variety to suit any taste. My wife who is not prone to effusive praise rated her cheeseburger as "very tasty" which should be the equivalent of at least two Michelin stars. The French fries are a must- thin, crispy, and just a hint of seasoning. The service was friendly and attentive and the décor is appropriately eclectic and wacky. If you're in Danville, it would be a mistake not to partake of the artery clogging delicacies offered at Captain Frank's.

Sonic burgers are actually quite good. My husband's favorite fast food burger in Danville, in fact. Couple Sonic's burger or cheeseburger with one of the many afternoon drinks and sodas and you have a very reasonably priced and tasty meal.The Danville Sonic location recently added indoor seating and covered outdoor seating which provides another option to eating in your vehicle. Try their burgers. You will not be disappointed.

Visited here July 15 with my family. If you enjoy ice cream this is the place to go!!! Wow!!! With flavors like Fat Elvis and Kitty Kitty Bang Bang you can't go wrong. I had the butter pecan and it was wonderful, so many pecans!! Whole ones, not pieces!! My sister enjoyed a strawberry milkshake, which was thick and creamy and tasted just like fresh strawberries!!! Please give this ice cream shop a try. They also have a burger menu , so stop by for food and have dessert!!

Great service, friendly staff, good food, beautiful decor. Love the 1967 corvette on the wall picture. Fish and chicken with cheese curds I highly recommend.

On the menu my order said it came with fried rice. It came with brown mushy rice and that's it. I have never ordered from a Chinese place and got fried rice with nothing other than brown mushy rice.
