This place is a hidden Gem. Merely because of it's location. It deserves to be noticed more and seen more. The exterior is a little tacky but that certainly doesn't affect the food. Order from here and expect generosity. They won't let you down. I tested this place twice and they didn't fail. I do offer them some advice however. Advertise more. Employ someone to distribute menu leaflets around. Ye seem a little bit hidden away. Ye deserve more.

Peterâs Family Restaurant/Apache Pizza has been serving Killorglin since 2006. Our family restaurant became home to Apache Pizza in 2012 and continues to be Killorglinâs favourite pizza! In 2013 the family restaurant originally named âMickoâsâ was taken o
Went in with kids to have coffee whilst they had pizza. Saw the carvery and decided to try a half portion of bacon and cabbage. Locally sourced bacon from burkes butcher. The most delicious lunch I've had in years. Great value at â¬6. Well done so handy for older folks too or if you want to eat healthy there's a great balance.

Puck Fair is not Puck without Gemma's gourmet fare! Located across the street from the iconic Paud Neill's hostelry - Gemma gives her hair salon a makeover for Puck that Francis Brennan would be proud of - transforming her salon into a thing of beauty that inspires Gourmands to travel to Puck from all corners of the globe! Gemma manages the hordes that queue in front of her steaming hotdog pot with grace and ease. Ensure you ask for the works with your dog -relish,mustard,onions & cheese-and sway slowly down Langford St with Gemma's finest Hotdog - after all, you need to walk Aisy when your jug is full!

We went to Lanaâs for a family meal. We were seated immediately and we were given a table with loads of space. The food came quickly and everything was delicious. My only gripe is that the toilets are upstairs, behind a locked door that only staff can open. It just doesnât make sense. There are only 2 cubicles, which doesnât seem enough but I donât know what the ratios should be. The stairs are very steep and with 2 small kids, it was an almost like an expedition! The staff were lovely. It was a bit pricier than I had expected but the free ice cream made up for that. We had a great evening and we will return.Dear Miafitz83,We're glad you enjoyed the food here in Lana. We would like to thank you for your review. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!Best Regards Iga

Made the mistake of ordering a pepperoni and salami pizza from Almas. Tiny pizza for â¬11. Very mean amount of pepperoni and salami. Far too much cheese. Base tasted like a cream cracker. Completely tasteless. Don't make the same mistake as me!

My husband and I, Americans both, were on our way to fish and chips when we saw this modest looking but NOT TO BE MISSED restaurant on a Kilorglin side street. When we went in, early by Irish standards, we were met by James, the owner and chef! His greeting was warm and very welcoming, and we had the chance to learn about this eleven year old local establishment that is, indeed, the real thing. I ordered the Smokey and my husband had The King Puck, a double decker dream of a burger. Both had special sauce, cheese and coleslaw (mine came with smoked Irish bacon). We also ordered hand cut fries, perfectly cooked as well as perfectly salted (not too much). When I asked for ice for my Coke, he managed to locate some from across the street? The service, his kindly chat, and the quality of the food makes it a "not to be missed" burger heaven and haven. Thank you, James, for the lovely meal. Thank you so so much for your kind words and fantastic review. It was an absolute pleasure to meet you and I'm just delighted that you enjoyed your food so much. XX

This place was recommended by a cousin who lived locally.I was with my brother. He asked for a small cod. When he received it he jokingly said was it a small whale! The portions were huge but it was no problem .I have not tasted such nice fish since we had fish that had just been caught when I visited Hastings. We both had a meal deal which included a drink and mushy peas.I don't think I should have ordered mushy peas as I think I have lost the taste for them but fish and chips were fantastic. The staff were very well trained and went out of the way to make you feel welcome as customers should be.Hello john s,Thanks for taking the time to review our Seafood Bar, Glad to see that you listened toyour cousin and called into us and that you left feeling fully satisfied. We are lucky to havegreat staff working with us - they do a great job.Hope to see you again.Kind Regards Liam Quinlan
