We ordered at the counter, were seated, and very soon our hot food was delivered by a good natured staffer named Helen. She made sure that every need was met. The food was delicious, generously proportioned and reasonably priced. What more could one ask of any roadside dining establishment. Well done, Yellow Basket - well done Helen!

It's a pretty low bar, but this place always gets the order right (even with special requests) and I've never been sick after eating here. Based on other local experiences that were not as kind to my bowels, I'm compelled to start reviewing more fast food in this area. 4 stars is my highest rating for a place that doesn't provide table service.

Food was consistent with other Carl's Restaurants. Good value. I've picked up burgers here in the past. It is the closest Carl's to my home.

This time it was onion rings. Even though it was paid for we only received one order. My son in does not like to pay for things and then not receive them. So he had to drive back leaving his food to get cold. I felt very bad for him him seeing that the onion rings were for me.

It is a great place tucked away in a plaza. The owner was so sweet! She let us taste many flavors before making our final choice! She makes fresh flavors every day! We are in our 60's and have never had ice cream this good! Save room for dessert and get it here!

I live in Hawaii on the Big Island and we don't have ANY "In-N-Out Burgers" over there ! So when I visit my son's family in Lake Elsinore I always go several times to this one . I have met the manager and besides being the nicest guy, he is on top of his game running this fast paced enterprise with smooth perfection ! I know people think I'm crazy but I would rather have a "Double-Double with Cheese" than a steak at a fine restaurant. Just visit this restaurant and you will see why it is so busy !!!

Twice here, twice not enough selection, a third of the pans were near empty or just left unfilled. The available choices were not very fresh and had too much oil. The place is not busy, so it seems that they are trying to prevent wasting food...they should just close if it's not profitable.
