This place was recommended to us by friends. The service from start to finish was very good. The two pasta dishes were bland and unexciting. The cocktails were very good. We were sitting close to entrance to the toilets which was not pretty as people constantly left the door open so we viewed a toilet seat for most of the meal. The most shocking thing though was the blatant selling of drugs in the ladies toilet. We first observed a male and female going into the ladies cubicle together. After several minutes the male came out. A few minutes later the woman in the toilet was joined by two other males. After a few minutes the two males came out, one of them looked very on drugs. Minutes later the female came out. As we left I pointed out to the pub staff what we had observed.

This was a good place for our first night's meal. We were hungry and this met our needs with good hot wholesome fast meals - mainly burgers!

We ate here twice during our holiday, just seated outside at the side of the road, but it was worth it, as the fish and chips are brilliant!Freshly cooked hand-battered cod (or other fish as available) is cooked to order, and takes just minutes. We were also given a free glass of red wine by the owner when we told him it was our last day on Malta! Fantastic!Highly recommended.

Visited this restaurant with my wife and found the reviews given in the past are by and large very accurate. Could do perhaps with more staff on a busy night and the decor needs sprucing up a notch or two (hence why not 5*) but otherwise the hospitality and food were very acceptable. Recommended.

Upon entering the restaurant, we found it to be clean, tidy and modern. The staff were relaxed and friendly. Whilst we sat and awaited our order we observed a steady stream of locals, which was a pleasure to see.The food was excellent, freshly prepared and piping hot. A small selection of freshly baked cakes was also available...we were so full from our main that we did cake-a-way!We shall return...Thank you very much for the kind words, vixb2017!
