Up until this point I would have given this place a 5/5 no question! I have been a regular customer, coming in at least once a week for over 8 months now and I had absolutely no complaints⦠until today. The managers knew my name, my order (an Italian which is a cold sub but I got it warmed up on the grill) and were always very friendly. They had even bought my meal for me once, when I accidently forgot my wallet. Today I came in and saw a face I have never seen before so I assumed it was a new worker⦠it ended up being the owner. He told me I couldnât get the sub warmed up. He was very disrespectful and rude in doing so. Saying it was against health protocol and various other excuses when it was clear he was just too lazy to do it. So itâs only against health protocol for that sub? It wasnât even busy at the time. I told him that I will never come back, Iâll spend my money somewhere where my business is appreciated and Iâm treated respectfully. Being an owner he should strive on having the best customer service, treating his customers with respect, not coming up with lame excuses just because heâs lazy. What happened to the customer is always right?

My friends and I wanted to go out to eat on a recent Saturday night. We tried Carrabba's Italian Grill and then Red Robin, but both restaurants were packed and we were looking at a 40-minute wait just for a table at either of those places. We decided to go to a sit-down place another time then, and we hit up Qdoba instead! This was still a very good choice, as we all enjoyed our food, and we got it quickly. Qdoba was pretty dead, so this was a better choice. They make your food right in front of you, so you know it is fresh, and they make it the way you say. I had the quesadilla with grilled steak, and it was delicious. They served it with sour cream and guacamole on the side. I had an enjoyable meal and I left feeling full and satisfied. This was a nice alternative to the busy sit-down places we really wanted to go to, and I would recommend. This is the way fast food Mexican should be!
