Decided to give this place a try for lunch as I was feeling for a wrap. The cashier seemed a bit put off that my friend wasn't familiar with the menu offerings. Anyway after getting over that hurdle I ordered a Chicken Salad wrap with a side for an additional $5 which we were going to share.Having paid almost $19 for a wrap, the small portion of fries should have been complimentary. Next time I will request for the wrap to be cut in 2..

We were staying at "The House", so naturally Connies came up on our radar. Absolutely loved the freshness and island flavor. Stand-outs were the prawn kabob and Mac salad. We did get vibed pretty hard for being white westerners but whateves.Definite go to.

We always visit Mapps when in Barbados, this time we took a couple of friends with us. The chicken and chips was delicious as ever especially with the special sauce. The atmosphere is lively with banter with the locals. Our friends enjoyed the visit very much.

The prices have gone up significantly and now it is expensive to eat for what you get. The food is good but at the present price point there are many other restaurants in the area that are better value. It cost us nearly double the price for a similar meal at Oistens and we had less food and less sides.

Egg and bacon sandwich on a cutter roll was a perfect breakfast after watching the race horses at Carlisle Bay take an early morning swim. Sandwich is made fresh to order and basic egg and bacon is $6 USD. Come early as the place closes at 9:00.

Best fish cutters we had on our trip to Barbados. Really good with cheese (and topped with Bajan hot sauce). We were only in Barbados for 10 days and went many times. Really good value as well and right by a lovely beach! Always friendly service too.

At Pebbles Beach when we were approached by the âHead Chefâ of the Jamaica Grill Kitchen. Iâm always apprehensive with eating food from a truck without being recommended. So it was with reservations that we agreed to have some food. But the jerk chicken and the fish sandwich were superb. The guy brought it to our sun beds and came back to collect the plates, brilliant service. Would recommend to anyone.
