Stevenage town centre isn't exactly overflowing with attractive places to eat, or get a decent cup of coffee if you want to avoid the chains. It was said for years that Starbucks was avoiding the town because it didn't fit their demographic but perhaps they have lowered their sights a bit, because one opened not long ago in a prime location.That means if you want to pay through the nose for a vat of unpleasant brown liquid you can head their way - I'll be heading in the other direction, to the Bella Vista where the coffee is far cheaper, much better, and served with a smile by a quick and attentive team.I've never had more than a bacon roll there, to be fair, but it hits the spot every time and there seems to be a steady stream of punters tucking into fry-ups, jackets and everything else you could expect from a popular cafe.

I have ordered from here before and been pleased however this time none of us were happy with our meals. It was delivered 20 minutes late. Both the Bombay potatoes were in a watery thin sauce and had large pieces of potato that was raw in the middle. Both of our curries were also watery with no depth of flavour. I can only think that they have a different chef or itâs under new ownership. I will give them one more try another time and hope this was just a one off.

Best pizza in town. Freshly cooked and always delivered hot.Is a bit pricey but definitely worth it.Pizza shop is well located and always looks clean.

Ordered a simply order at 19:40 hours on 9th August.I was told it would be 45 mins, so at 20:40 I call back to be told it will be 10 mins.So by 21:00 I was having to call back and chase again. I was then told that I was wrong and that I had not been told the above and were more than happy to just cancel my order.Food was ok when arrived but customer service is .... how do I put it .......Crp

we have become regular customers at Sheffs fish and chips both at the take away and sit down restaurant attached. The staff are always friendly, professional and efficient. The portions are more than generous. It's good value ,wholesome ,good quality food.We highly recommend this place.
