Travelling back from a shopping trip that was longer than planned, we decided to have pizza delivered for when we got home. To be able to request a desired time, have the pizza toppings we wanted and on an extremely tasty base was brilliant. Our house is a tad confusing to find & the delivery driver had the common sense to phone us to check he could use the gate. We would definitely order from here again.

Have been a customer for many years and in the past they have been excellent, however it has become very sporadic over the last couple of months, quality has slipped,The final straw was an order that was minus some of key ingredients,an entire salad ! When we contacted them to query this oversight they were far from helpful, bordering on rude and due to this we decided to ask for a refund, after a discussion held on the doorstep they finally agreed. I may order again if they sort out their questionable customer service.

Visited this cafe last week just after the main lunchtime session with two other family members. The menu looked great with a good range of meals to suit most tastes and prices so we joined the queue. There was only one assistant trying his best, serving on the counter, taking and keying orders and payment. He was also making drinks too at the other end of the counter. The wait was lengthy to say the least. Our order was eventually taken and paid for and while we were waiting for our drinks to be made, a kitchen assistant appeared and even though we had paid for them, said that two of the three meals were "out of stock" and couldn't be produced. After asking what could, we were told that All Day Breakfasts should be available. Reluctantly we agreed. We then waited at our table for another 30 minutes for the food to arrive, which in all fairness to Sainbury's was rather good.There was one assistant clearing tables, often just taking one teacup at a time into the rear area. The tables were not wiped down. We thought the assistant was on a Go Slow protest! There were often more than half the tables stacked with dishes and debris needing clearing. A trolley and table cleaning up kit is urgently needed followed by a kick up the backside to the assistant too.There is clearly no manager or supervisor operating this cafe as the efficiency, stock and service levels were non existent. Unless you have at least an hour and a half available for lunch and are not bothered about what food you might end up, sadly, we can only suggest you avoid this cafe.

So we went here for a change from the normal. The pizzas are very think AMD almost pancaky in taste and texture.The chicken combo, couldn't tell what flavour the chicken was as it all tasted the same which was a shame as was looking forward to it.Chips are nasty in all honesty... Pretty sure they are cheap end of the scale, no potatoe inside it was just the shell of a fry.Intimidating stood inside the shop as it's obviously a young persons hang out place...The floor was covered in drinks packaging and several times was kicked around the floor. Really could do with a tidy up guys!... Weird why there is no bacon on the menu, there's spicy pork and ham but no bacon...All in all an ok pizza at a ok price but will pay the extra from another pizza place to ensure us and the kids will eat it all as is the normal...

I have visited this restuarant a number of times over the years and have given up queuing on each occasion.Not helped by the fact that it is situated outside in a corner of the Service area and if raining, you get soaked walking to it.Staff are anything but efficient and most of the queuing is caused by their lack of being able to turn their speed up to match the waiting queues and from my perspective (and others) you give up after a lengthy wait. Food that is available is often in short supply giving you little choice and when I have successfully made a purchase (once), it was cold and certainly not inviting.Why I keep returning, I don't know, but I am afraid I won't be stopping off here again.Real pity as the brand used to be good but now they rarely sell hot food (i know they are taking a stance against the Taxman, but the customer is suffering) and this outlet clearly hasn't managed to get the timings of matching oven - customer demand right. Certainly not when I have visited. Sad.

For me this is just an average fish and chip shop, nothing special and not intending to revisit. Food was not great and when I visited they were using Non Brewed condiment for vinegar, and that's not a great recommendation for me.

Had a family get together and decided to have a takeaway. Ordered vie online which included 25% discount on first order and first impression of shop was a little disappointing, and there was a delay with our order. However, the quality of the food was outstanding. Would strongly recommend you try this Chinese food.

My ignorance but I had no idea Wimpy bars still existed. But they do and this one in Bicester is very much a throwback to the 80s. A burger bar where you have table service and yes, they still sell spicy bean burgers. Good for them.

We first used this Chinese Takeaway when it first opened. It was a disappointment then; the chicken dishes contained large cubes of chicken and the taste was not to our liking. My daughter lives nearby and told us to give it another try some 5 years ago, which we did. We have been using Sun Wah ever since, for just the 2 of us or large family gatherings at home. The service is very fast; I always telephone the order and by the time I get there - it's always ready. All the food is excellent; we can't find fault. Rice crackers are always complementary with our orders and the thin noodles are especially good. We have tried most of the dishes and cannot find fault. We will continue to use this excellent takeaway and thank Andy and his team for the most yummy Chines food you can buy!
