Just ordered a takeaway for delivery which normally doesnât take long , after over an hours wait we rang to ask where our delivery was, to be told they had tried to deliver but nobody was in .there was 3 of us in the living room where the front door is and at no point did anybody knock or ring the doorbell. We asked the manager to do a fresh order for us as we didnât want a cold meal., he said he wasnât prepared to do that so we decided to cancel the order at this stage he told us to find off. this companyâs customer service is shocking and they donât deserve the business.

We stopped by to get something to eat during a long journey, arriving late in the evening, just a few minutes before they were about to close. I thought we would get the expected 'Sorry, we're just about to close' reaction. But fair play to them, he set to and cooked fresh fish for us without a grumble.While we were waiting, the chap even kindly lent me some glass cleaner and tissue, so I could clean my windscreen before starting the last 150 miles. (!)There are some picnic tables outside, so we were able to eat our food there, rather than getting the car smelly.The fish was really nice, as it was freshly cooked, but the chips were a bit past their best, as were the mushy peas. I think if we had gone during more normal hours, these would probably have been better.Portion sizes were good and prices about what I would expect.

We visited here again today, after shopping in Morrisons. We have been a couple of times before, and have to say itâs always been lovely. Fish always cooked to order, so always fresh. Chips are so nice as are the peas. Didnât know the girls name today (sorry) but there was one who served us and one in the back, who I presumed was looking after the restaurant. And they were lovely. So helpful and chatty. Credit to the manager. I work in customer service so I know how important it is.We will definitely be back to this chippy and would definitely recommend. IGNORE the negative reviews, some people just like to moan.

We always call in and have a box of chips with scraps on our way to the coast. It's a fabulous chippy right in the Town Centre and near by benches for you to take your chips and sit and eat them. We also go the their other chippy in Hornsea too. We've never had a bad meal

Been getting regular curry takeaways from here for the past couple of months and they are good. The quality and flavour of food is consistent and the price is just right. Popadoms are the only negative so far as they often taste burnt but overall the general quality and quantity of food is good.Stopped using restaurant takeaways now as the prices have slowly increased in my regular place to a ridiculous amount for a simple curry take out.

We are authentic italian food in Hull with traditional wood fired pizza oven using proper Italian ingredients and all our dishes freshly prepared with fresh local meat and vegetables and salad. Fresh and high quality with authentic test .

Visited a relative in this area and I noticed this new place had opened, after looking inside and seeing the menus I thought I'd ask a few questions to test the staff whilst making sure about hygiene and a few other things and all looked very good.So after chatting with the owner ( un be known to me at the time) he recommended 2 of his pizzas, price was very reasonable and I set off home hoping the wife would enjoy the food. After opening the boxes the amount of food for what I'd paid for would of fed at least 6 people, the variety of tastes was astounding and quite frankly the best take away I've ever visited. Try this place and I can't see how anyone could be disappointed with this outlet. Keep up the great customer service, the fantastic food and the very happy atmosphere.

Weâve bought pizzas from here on a number of occasions over the past few months and always found them delicious. (Havenât ordered home delivery so canât comment on that.) In particular, the dough is always just right, never too hard or overcooked. Nice service too, and fair prices. Recommend it.
