In the last few weeks (since the new owners took over) Hi Tides has improved no end. Today we found the juice was fresh, the chicken tasty and (most importantly) the place was spotless and the service very much better than on our last visit. Let's hope it continues to improve !

One bloke (Italian) in an old, brick pizzeria. No delivery boys coming in and out, this is a true one man show. He arrives every day before opening to freshly grate the cheese (pre grated doesn't taste good enough), hand cuts huge boxes full of mushrooms (pre-cut don't taste good enough) and mixes the dough (nothing frozen here) and every bas is hand rolled at time of order. This is the only place to get pizza like this on the Central Coast. Don't pass by.
