I order from this takeaway a couple of times a week and always amazing and better than any other takeaway but last night was disgusting. After ordering takeaway it arrived quite quickly which was a surprise as normally long wait. Was plating the food up when noticed that I had got two fried rice instead of one boiled so rather than ring up and wait on another sending out I cooked my own boiled rice. Then I plated food up and started to eat. By this point the chips were soggy, cold and also the curry was too. I thrown the meal away as couldn't eat it. I then rang the company up to complain which I spoke to the manager and gave me the worst customer service ever. Rude, obnoxious and point blank refusing to give me my money back when the food was wasted. Only way he would give me refund is as if we give all the food back and in it's cartons that it came in , as I explain it was in the bin. He decide that he couldn't do anything and put phone down on me 3 times. I explained that as a value customer that I ordered lots of times a week and only this once I have found it a bad experience, you would rather lose customer than own up to the fact that the meal did not be worthy to standards for £21.30. Will not be going back if that's the way they treat customers, it's a shame.

Bought chips and kebab meat, kebab meat was too thick and a funny texture and lighter than normal colour. To top it if it costs me £5 !!, Which is ridiculously expensive for chips and kebab meat. Wont be ordering this again. Overpriced and mediocre.

We haven't long moved here from glasgow a shave tried a few Chinese takeaways and have been left disappointed. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal from here this week. Very tasty and generous portion sizes too.

Ordered a spicy chicken pizza - watched it being made and had high hopes. Fresh dough, place looked clean, it was busy, staff friendly enough etcThen I tried it! The problem was the spicy chicken mix, they clearly use left over bits of chicken which in itself is understandable but it was full of fat and gristle and chewy stringy bits which I can only guess may have been skin. The white crunchy bits were the worst!Straight in the bin and I am afraid I will not be back!

The singapore chow main is an excellent dish. Grilled lemon chicken also. It is a little chinese takeaway so trying to use 100 characters is not so easy. So let me just say I really rate it.

got chicken curry very nice bit hot but plenty in the container for 2 ppl chips were lovely cooked to our taste very nice will get out of it again...not expensive ..girl angela that was on desk she not very much a ppl person tbh

Fancied trying something different so took a trip from Edinburgh for this place - certainly wasnât disappointed!The staff are kind and helpful, service was good too. The food arrived in about 15 mins or so. I went for one of their âsuper burgersâ, the stacked beef burger and a side of poutine chips - both really nice. Was too full to have dessert - maybe next time. Wouldnât hesitate going back!

Prices are way too high for the portion size. Staff were efficient but unpersonable. Milanos is much betterSorry to hear you werenât impressed .
