We ate Beef cheeks with hollandaise eggs which were unctuous and filling and mushroom French toast with truffle pecorino, prosciutto, cranberry salted toffee cream and spinach - a perfect balance of flavours which was substantial and sensationally delicious. Freshly squeezed juices and excellent coffee completed a wonderful brunch. Highly organised professional service to manage the flood of eager diners.

Roule Galette is a little piece of France in the city where you will find French staff, speaking the language of Voltaire who will serve you in a warm and intimate setting reminiscent of Montmartre in Paris. Music, whether Breton or French songs of the la
Back in Melbourne for a visit, we definitely had to go eat at the Roule Galette again. Our meals were as fabulous as in the previous year. :-) Perfectly prepared galettes (= the savoury variety made with buckwheat) and crepes (= the sweet ones), friendly and prompt service, pleasant atmosphere. Merci beaucoup!

First time visit. Some dishes tasted quite nice, others not as nice. Portions very small.Staff rushed. Meal service also rushed due to a three hour dining limit. I felt as though I was unable to relax and take my time.Views of Melbourne are great.Overall, a very expensive experience that I probably would not repeat again in a hurry. Left me feeling somewhat disappointed - Iâm not sure what I expected, but somehow that wasnât it.

My wife and I had a fantastic mini adventure from Melbourne for a wonderful meal at Ragusa Republika in Williamstown. We were holidaying in Melbourne for an extended weekend and followed our noses to historical Williamstown - approx. 30 min train ride from Flinders St Station. After a leisurely walk from the station we found ourselves on the waterfront (Nelson Place) and chose to stop at Ragusa for lunch as it looked warm, inviting and had a few tables free.Having no experience with Croatian cuisine we allowed our very friendly waitress to order for us and we were not disappointed at all.....especially the calamari entree, it was to die for.We finished lunch with a delightful desert and an excellent coffee.Ragusa Republic is definitely a soft we will visit again.Thank you

We just saw this place close to our accommodation so we thought that we would give it a go. Wow this place had such delicious food along with delightful service. We haven't had such nice Italian food for ages. This is a place to dine at when you come to Melbourne.

Visited for Sunday lunch with 4 adults and a toddler. Felt very welcome and the venue looks and feels great. Shared 6 entree plates and thoroughly enjoyed the whole lunch. Fantastic pita bread, nice dips, great saganaki on a sizzling plate, lovely fries and fetta, good calamari and fabulous eggplant. Then shared a delicious orange cake with marscaponi and icecream and great Greek coffee. This is the real Greek deal. Will return for a more formal meal. Highly recommended.
