Lovely location and setting, you can see animals down below and the place is lit with lanterns. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had the vegetarian options for both starters and mains. They were so tasty. Not badly priced either. â¬8 cocktails and beers around $3. Thank you so much for your great review of the Palm Restaurant. We are glad you had a great dining experience. Dined here recently with friends, and had a very enjoyable dinner.This is set in an older style colonial hotel and matches the decor.There is a loose dress code (no jeans, flip flops etc) which is understandable.Food was very good, not exceptional, but well cooked and presented.Drinks list was well priced and offered good choice.Setting is lovely, and well spaced.Recommended.

I enjoyed a light lunch on this historic terrace, with a wonderful view of the sweeping gardens and the bridge over the gorge in the distance. The seating supervisor was delightful and most helpful, though my individual waiter could have been better (perhaps he was having a bad day but he didnât seem engaged or happy to be serving a solo woman).Food was very nice - fresh and done well. And I enjoyed both the signature cocktail and the experience.
