This was a lunch stop on the way, not too much of a detour from the motorway, so very convenient. The restaurant is small, with a stylish and cosy dining room inside, and a wonderful terrace for warmer days. The food, though a little heavy on the meat, was refined and tasty, definitely above the "countryside average". Service was excellent: genuinely friendly, warm, fast and efficient. Perfect!

This restaurant was recommended to us and was located about three blocks from our hotel. The menu was quite varied and the service was quite punctual. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the place filled up quickly after 8 PM.

This restaurant only accepts telephone reservations. It is a small restaurant in a popular area near Place Stanislas in Nancy. It has a quiet chic ambiance and a personal service. The restaurant offers an attractive choice of menus. We were impressed with the quality of the dishes and attractiveness o f the presentation. The price of the meal was fair in relation to the dining experience offered.

Bienvenu
When I visited La Basilique St. Epvre, I found this modern look, nice restaurant.I took my lunch there, where I chose LE PLAT DUR JOUR, which was a three course set menu.it was excellent with a very adequate price. When you will visit this basilica, do not hesitate to try it.The server is very helpful and kind.

Quite lovely decor inside and full park views if seated on the terrace. We chose to eat in the dining area and really enjoyed looking out through the numerous windows to the gardens so donât worry if the terrace is fully booked. The menu for lunch was very limited only a choice of 3 or 4 dishes. Whilst saying that the crab, steak, quail and desserts were beautifully presented and tasted fabulous. Wine list is easy to read and has a broad selection of prices. We chose a premier cru Chablis E63 and were extremely happy with it. Wines by the glass are overpriced considering they are only 9cl. Selection is very broad. Our main gripe about our experience is the service. We ordered three times a bottle of mineral water with 3 different waiters before one actually arrived at the table but after our wine arrived which had been ordered 10 minutes after the water. All this however was 20 minutes after being seated. I expect to have some form of drink served quicker than this and most certainly at such a prestigious address.

No fixed price menu in the evening; just a chalk board listing a small selection of starters and main courses, allegedly changed daily to match the availability of fresh produce. Drinkable wine at reasonable prices. Good service. Deservedly busy, it tends to fill up rapidly after 8.00 p.m.

An incredibly enjoyable meal, good wine, attentive staff and a friendly maître'd.All the dishes were very tasty and well presented and wow the chocolate mousse (although I am not a sweets person), was stunning! The only downside was that the waitresses only served the food and not the wine!I spoke to the maître'd who explained that normally he would attend to the wine but suffering from tennis elbow in both arms restricted his participation!A great restaurant, a great location, excellent value for money (certainly compared to Luxembourg) and definitely worth a return visit!

Great place for lunch, convenient if you have to visit the hospital, as it's just 2 minutes away.Food is fresh , home made and really delicious.I can recommend the burger, good meat, cooked well, in a yummy seeded bun. Very good crunchy fries, tasty, excellent quality.Well served by Mathilde.

Come and taste a traditional French cuisine carefully prepared by the chef, in a warm setting just a step away from the city.
My partner and I were looking for a restaurant for our wedding, in a city neither of us knew very well. We had tried a number of restaurants in town, and then one day on a whim we decided to check out La Marianne. After one bite we were immediately won over. The food is fantastic, well worth the small trip out of the way, and the owner/chef is incredibly personable and accommodating. Easy to work with when planning the menu for the wedding, and our guests all loved the food. The regular menu changes frequently, but everything we've ever had has been great.

We were looking for a nice place to have breakfast in Nancy and came accross this restaurant on Trip Advisor. When we arrived the next day, it was 13.00 before we left our hotel, so a bit too late for breakfast. We mentioned this and they did not hesitate in giving us an alternative breakfast variant (as some breakfastingedrients were out of stock). We felt special and blessed with the delicisous alternative breakfast! They were very helpfull and translated a lot for us to english. We got juice, coffee, toast, butter, jam, yogurth an added scrumbled eggs which is really recommended! The food was delicious and cheap (only 5,90 for the normal breakfast) and we would deffinetely recommend this cute, little restaurant with its kind owners!Thank you for coming !! That was a pleasure to host you and to give you some tips for your day in Nancy. Thank you also for this message ! Hope your trip in France was good !!Best regards,L'équipe du Majeur ;)
