The head restaurant situated in Laguiole, France inherits the unique gastronomic philosophy and world view of genius chef Michel Bras. As the first branch ever to be established, Michel Bras TOYA Japon opened its doors in Toya, Hokkaido, Japan in 2002. On
it felt like the real Bras experience in Laguiole - few years ago. the consistency of the Bras philosophy and the mastered experience by GM Guillaume was a great pleasure and experience. The dinner is at the highest level of French cuisine - influenced by the best products of Hokkaido. Quite a delicious match. Service from Guillaume at its best - fun & knowledgable!

They offer delicious breakfast sets, croissants and a variety of fruit juices. We dined facing a snow-filled scenery!
We had a lunch in our arrival to Toya station while we waited for hotel shuttle bus. We were going to have a quick lunch and ,to be honest.... our expectations ware not that high... But once we stepped in to the restaurant, I felt that this could be a something good! we ordered 2 different lunch menus. (Seafood platter and minced meat steak on hot pan) And.... it was mind blowing .... yummy cold corn soup, extraordinary fresh vegetables, tasty fish and meat! Seasoning was really simple, yet I enjoyed the real taste of vegetables and fish which is unfortunately become really rare these days. I just can recommend you to stop by this restaurant, if you have time while you are waiting your train or bus at Toya station. We will definitely visit here when we come back to Toya!
