We took notice of other trip advisors' feedback and enjoyed our evening at Il Malandrino Bistrot Our waiter was very helpful indeed with wine suggestions ($$$) however we enjoyed the excellent choice. We loved the complimentary offerings- 3 in fact as well as a final liquer. The food was great and service excellent

On our last night in Orvieto we enjoyed a beautiful meal at this lovely restaurant, in the heart of Orvieto. Friendly and helpful staff, a complimentary Prosecco to start, as well as canapes, after discussion with staff we decided on wild boar stew for my man and for me Irish beef and rosemary, served with baked potatoes, an a beautiful bottle of red local wine. All beautiful!Good helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, thoroughly recommend this classy restaurant in downtown Orvieto.

This restaurant came recommended to us and although the risotto with pumpkin and ginger was sensational, the overall impression left us in dubio. There were certainly highlights, but with a few minor changes it could have been a better experience as a whole. We felt that the dishes could have done with a bit more veg and the 7 courses came to quick as we were served our 7 dishes in the same time as the table next to us were served 4.

Delicious food at IL BORGO. We had the Agnello a Scottadito and the Cighiale a Bujone as main courses. Both were very tasteful, with the Syrah wine a perfect combination.Friendly staff who explained part of the menu.And very affordable prices.

Ask anyone in town where they go for the best dining experience, and the response is almost unanimous: Toscana dall'Aldina! And our party of seven all agree: great food, friendly service, a casual & comfortable atmosphere, an extensive wine list in all price ranges and all for very moderate prices! We had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner. This is a top notch restaurant that will please your palate & pocketbook!

We dined here twice and were impressed by the quality of the food. Form great pizzas to well cooked and presented Italian cuisine this was a surprise for a small town in a remote village.
