Restaurant with mediterranean style to be for sea food lovers. Located at the main promenade of Malgrat de Mar offers a wide culinary proposal. If you like fresh and local food, this is your place. We guarantee you an exceptional gastronomic experience.
Lovely food but we found a bit on the expensive side. Friendly staff and given extra special attention by the owner Mr. Pepe but be warned even though he gives little extras that you think is free he does charge you for some of it so donât be fooled! Also it after the second time visiting and not leaving a tip as we realized only after the first night that their bill included service charge but gave extra, Mr. Pepe was not as friendly. Itâs a shame because it spoilt our experience and nothing felt genuine after that. We were happy to have found other nice places to eat for the rest of our stayDear Hellen, thank you for your review. All our dishes are cooked with local fresh high quality products, which have a value. As for the tip, in Spain it is not compulsory and service is included everywhere. Tips are considered as a way to appreciate service. It is always up to customers and, of course, it does not affect manners. Besides, bills also must include taxes. Closed for holidays from the 13th of October till the 18 of October.
Visited today for a bite, really easy going very helpful waiter.Six dishes, 1 beer and water later we were stuffed and extremely pleased we had chosen this restaurant. âThe address for this restaurant is incorrect as it is on the front near to the port. We had tried to find the day before but only found it late on, well worth a visit.

This place is an absolute phenomenon! The food was beautiful and different! The service was brilliant and the waiter explained everything to us perfectly. Unique foods and flavours. But it was the best food my partner and I had ever eaten. We are even going back for a second trip before our holiday ends. Couldnât recommend it enough!

Went tonight to Casa Oms with my family. Six people plus a baby. The table on the terrace was lovely and the waiter very attentive. We had a Sauvingon which was very chilled and very delicious. We each chose a starter but decided to share. They were therefore brought out in ones and twos so we could savour them all. All were excellent with the star of the starters being the scallops. Mains were superb too. Paella ( seafood), baby lamb ribs, monkfish, slow roast kid with caramelised potatoes - it was really a treat. The service was relaxed and friendly. Total â¬272 was very reasonable. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

You could come here just to listen to the contagious laugh of owner Betlem, but you should come to eat her delicious food. They have a very nice menu for an unbeatable price of just 20â¬!

Nice little bar/restaurant, nestled down one of the side streets.6 or 7 big tables to plonk yourself at - you may need to prepare to sit beside randomers. We got some locals beside us on our table - which was a good sign as if locals like it, it's generally good. The menu was a selection of pictures with no description which was a bit odd and I perhaps expected a little more variety and choice, but we ordered some meats and 2 of the rotisserie chickens to have. The huge rotisserie fire oven was a feature of the restaurant, viewable from the outside through an old wagon wheel. Loads of chickens on spits, and they seemed to have rotisserie rabbit and pig on the menu too.The chicken was delicious! Well worth ordering. Skin was so tasty and the meat so moist and succulent. The meats were pretty tasty too. Good drinks selection also. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the decor of the place was rustic and interesting. Would definitely recommend for a sharing dinner with a bit of variety - and the prices were incredible compared to the other restaurants in the area. â¬30 for the two of us to be well fed and "watered". Can't complain.

Top 10 Seafood food in Tordera, Province of Barcelona, Spain

This is destination dining, made easy by the fact that we were staying at the hotel. The tasting menu was a fantastic experience for our families, including the children. We toured the kitchen, with several tastings of various interesting dishes prepared in front of us by the executive chef. We followed this with the tasting menu at our table, washed down with delicious Spanish wines suggested by our waiter. Compared to the price of such an experience in other countries & cities, this is priced very reasonably (not to say it is cheap -- it is still expensive relative to general dining around the area). On later nights we ate off the menu a la carte, while friends of ours tried the tasting menu. Everything was delicious.

Lovely place. Quite traditional inside, old dark wood furniture etc. Not particularly glam, more rustic. Nice scenery though and the staff are very friendly. The problem for us was the food. We were a family of four and it was quite a wait for the food. When it did come it did not all come together. One of our children got fed, the little one didn't. We then got ours but my chicken was well overdone. I would have preferred it not take so long and be cooked properly. So that went back and I had to wait all over again. So two ate while two waited. Then the second child's plate arrived (it was only pasta but took forever). Everyone has finished by the time my replacement arrived. So all in all we felt like we hadn't eaten together at all. The food was not very good and the menu limited, especially for children. Staff were friendly enough and very apologetic but did not seem to have any solutions. Much jabbering to the 'regulars' right by our table to. Not uncommon here as most set up restaurants but are not professionally trained. But it just added to our ire by the end of it. Not cheap either. 2.5/3 stars.
