Queue up, ask for what you want pay and wait, the girl then scrapes out the best bit of the potato and throws it away then fills it with your chosen filling, and piles loads if crispy potato bits on top. Its a bit overwhelming the top, but tasty. Only downside is they give you a plastic fork, thats it. Try eating with that..
