Iâve been in twice now. Itâs so great to have a fresh takeaway option in town. I always get a salad at Turkish places, the salads I have had here have been absolutely delicious! I love the olives, the hot chillie is actually hot chillie. Service, decor and general vibe are all on point.

What wonderful find in the back roads above Mapua. Delightful setting, great food brilliant presentation. We shared a couple of plates with a diverse range of yummy things. Congratulations to the chef we could not have got it better in the city.

The Tahuna Sprig and Fern Tavern is a nice small-town tavern, with a white picket fence, and outside seating. It also happens to be realy close to the beach, they have a great selection of craft beer, so had a couple with my brother, also ordered the house dark brown chips in a paper cone to help absorb the alcohol. This was a nice way to spend the afternoon after a rain shower, the barman was very knowledgeable and friendly.TIP If you are planning to come here on a Friday to eat suggest you call in advance and make a booking as they get very busy.

We return all the time to this cafe. It is in the main street of Motueka and has beautiful hanging baskets around the footpath canopy. The selection of food from delicious and unusual pies, wraps etc, to the European pastries is outstanding and the quality of the food perfect. Quick good service. Our favourite cafe by far in the area. The fact that the cafe is frequented by so many Europeans speaks for itself.

We had stopped here before heading home from our trip away. A great lunch menu with a good variety of options. The buttermilk chicken burger hit the spot!Great local wine and craft beers along with awesome coffee. Excellent service. Will be back for dinner for sure!

We came here for a birthday lunch and despite being winter, the orientation of the outside deck meant sun and shelter from wind so we sat outside. The food was delicious and each dish exactly as described on the menu. The mixed platters (jellyfish board) were perfect to share amongst a group and there was local food such as smoked fish and gourmet sausages. Gluten free friend had her own platter which was done to the standard a coeliac person could safely eat it. Portions were generous and menu catered for a range of appetites and ages. We had very prompt and friendly service. Highly recommend to locals and visitors alike.

New things to look at like a bright yellow Punch and Judy type stage for performers. Great food coffee and tea like always Closes in late July for winter break. Lots of color in the garden.Outside in the sun is the place to be and grab a tail of needed. Well worth a visitThank you Josephine for your lovey review.
