During a 5 night stay we ate here twice. The food was really good. The young male waiter was really sweet and friendly.

We ate here twice the food was great. First time I had the grilled chicken which was delicious and the second time wild boar stew which was very tender and tasty. The local red wine was good too.
When you take an Elafiti Islands tour, be sure to elect to stop at Sudurad and enjoy the Chef's meal of the day, at this old olive oil mill turned gourmet restaurant. A true delight!

Used the restaurant a couple of times whilst staying at the hotel (reviewed separately) and it was excellent. Staff are extremely polite and immaculately presented. Unbeatable setting overlooking the sea - idyllic. You need to book to get a table where you want or a table at all!You can choose your fish from a display counter. We had scorpion fish one night - red and poisonous unless you know how to cook / prepare it apparently! Was delicious but not cheap due to its rarity (and weight) but shared between two it was a lovely meal. Served at the table by the waiter who clearly knew how to do it - including spooning out the cheek! Never had that before!

We are so pleased to have found a reasonably priced restaurant with a beautiful view. We've dined at the more costly restaurants with our children and to put it blunt, felt ripped off. We had a couple of pizzas, salad, grilled veg, desserts and a few alcoholic drinks all for around £40. Happy days. My family and I don't need fine dining on holiday with our children and equally we don't want to pay above the odds for basic food either. We didn't need a reservation.

Small, family owned restaurant overlooking the beautiful bay of Sipanska Luka. Reservations are a must! as we mainly serve fresh seafood. Romantic place with great selection of wines. A restaurant with long tradition built on excellent food. Visit us! P.S
A justifiably busy restaurant, and not many tables so booking is essential. We had a beautiful evening meal here, prawns in a spicy tomato sauce, and a delicious local red wine. The waiter talks you through the menu, and it is clear that the staff is passionate about the food.

All the staff were super-friendly and really helpful (if you want to know ANYTHING about Croatian wine, just ask Damir!) and the food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. There was a great variety of fresh fish on offer and we tried a few new ones (e.g. forkbeard!) and were never disappointed. If you want fresh seafood, all the restaurants in Å ipanska Luka are roughly the same price (i.e. not cheap, apart from the pizza place) but Tauris and Kod Marka are definitely the best in town and well worth it. (The wines are a bit overpriced, apart from the very drinkable house carafes, but I could say that about nearly every good Dalmation restaurant). You should book ahead of time if you want dinner outside on the terrace.

Ate here twice got the rib eye steak. When it arrived I could tell it wasn't rib eye. Nevertheless it tasted really nice. The flavours were delicious. You could tell it had been cooked on the BBQ. A bit fatty and tough in places. It came with only chips which weren't the best. The house wine was ok for the money but got a bottle of chardonnay the next time we went.

This is a fantastic place with very good food and value for money. We arrived little early because we had no reservation. We got the last table. The service is excellent, and the recommodations spot on. Seafood pasta and Boar was fantastic. Price for 4 persons with 3 courses and wine / beer was 1150 hrk. Very reasonable.
