Stevenage (/ˈstiːvənɪdʒ/ STEE-vən-ij) is a town and borough in Hertfordshire, England. Roughly 28 miles (44 km) north of central London as the crow flies, Stevenage is situated to the east of junctions 7 and 8 of the A1(M), and is between Letchworth Garden City to the north, and Welwyn Garden City to the south. On 1 August 1946, Stevenage was designated the United Kingdom's first New Town under the New Towns Act.

Staff are friendly. I had the tiger prawns and steamed salmon, both were good. However, the portions were enormous, biggest I've ever seen in my life. Also, it seems that you have to have 2 or 3 courses where 1 course would have been fine

This was a first visit and canât say we will be rushing back. The service is fine, but the food wasnât really up to much. The tapas dishes arrived within minutes of ordering so obviously preprepared and microwaved as needed. Wouldnât have been so bad if it was evenly heated - chorizo was burning hot and therefore hard as it was over cooked, albondigas were barely warm. Taste of all the dishes was okay but portions are small - not an issue if they are top quality, but these arenât. The main course we had was ok and freshly cooked, but you donât get a lot for your money - a £14 chicken dish is just a plate of chicken with some tomato and lettuce (although it was advertised as coming with mushrooms and peppers). The issue with mixing tapas and big plates is that those eating tapas had finished eating before those with main courses got their food. There are better places to go in Hitchin, and Iâm guessing the high rating comes from big groups who are looking for atmosphere and value rather than quality.

Lovely place to eat tapas. We had the £10 light lunch which included a small starter salad, choice of 2 skewers, including prawns, and a potato choice. A drink was also included. The server was polite and attentive. Definitely a great place to entertain.

I popped in here after a cross country race in the park close to the retail park and decided to do some shopping and have lunch here.The staff were very welcoming, very friendly and attentive. I was very impressed how friendly they were!Not only that, the food was amazing and cooked to perfection. It definitely worth a visit.

It was my my partnerâs birthday, for which we enjoyed excellent service of fantastic food and wines, all in a buzzy atmosphere and gorgeous setting. Particular highlights for us were the Pornstar Martini, the Tempura Feta starter, the Pan Roasted Seabass and the Malbec Gala 1 Magnum, Luigi Bosca...though not necessarily together!Thank you for your very kind review, we are delighted you enjoyed a fantastic all round Farmhouse at Redcoats experience.

We last visited this restaurant 2 years ago and was equally happy with every aspect of our recent visit from the initial friendly welcome, to the extensive & delicious menu options, drinks and food quality. The chef certainly deserves top marks for the food presentation a work of art for sure on EVERY dish. Must mention the mini taster dessert absolutely amazing thought I would not get through it all but polished off the lot best dessert option ever! Reasonable pricing for fine dining and a menu option to suit all tastes. May this wonderful establishment continue to thrive, thank you for a lovely evening.

My favourite Turkish, pleasant staff and food is excellent. After five visits now they haven't disappointed on any level, even when very busy they have managed to find us a comfortable table to sit at.Do not confuse this restaurant with their competition down the road as there is no contest in my book, this is the best!

Like stepping off a quiet Hertfordshire pavement into a Turkish restaurant in the middle of Bodrum or ilk. The music was pumping, the staff and customers were dancing & clapping. Everyone was on their feet. The atmosphere was ecletic, you were transported in space & time. The food divine, the service un-surpassble, the hospitality beyond reproach, the presentation and quality supreme. And all on my local doorstep. We visited the tapas bar on Thursday evening, it was very busy in the front part but deserted in the back room where we were seated so lacked a little atmosphere, The service was very good with drinks & food served promptly.
