situé dans la rue obscure , petite rue voûtée classée aux monuments historique. Sandrine et Béatrice vous y accueil tous les soirs sauf le lundi , cuisine créative maison et produits frais.
We had the Camembert and goats cheese, duck and sea bass, and creme caramel and panna cotta. All starters and mains had some plus points (nicely done duck and excellent filo pastry around goats cheese) and some negative points (goats cheese salad was tasteless, sea bass was made heavy by ill-chosen accompaniments), but both desserts were poor - creme caramel had the texture of scrambled eggs and panna cotta was grainy and had split at the bottom. We were left disappointed given its high rating on Trip Advisor, and its prices.

Lovely restaurant situated in a shaded courtyard. The place was very busy but we were found a table very quickly. The menu is not extensive which we like. My choice of starter was sadly finished but undeterred the chef made me something else just as delicious. The rest of the meal was also very delicious. The two waiters worked so hard running in and out with plates and glasses and bottles. It was amazing and all done with a smile. This is a super restaurant and we would certainly recommend it.

Both the food and service at this restaurant was nothing short of terrible. After having been kept waiting to be seated, we eventually received menus after 45 minutes. We had to ask for olive oil for our bread - but were then given no dish or plates to put it on. The plate of local starters was nothing short of disappointing. Three of our main courses arrived an hour and half after our arrival and were cold; the other two members of my family had to wait a further 15 minutes before their main courses arrived. The food itself was distinctly disappointing and overpriced. There is far better food and value to be had in Villefrance. Avoid.

Since April 2017 the establishment has been taken over by new owners, a young husband and wife team, Manuel and Tamara Dupont. Bringing with them years of experience in some of the best restaurants both in France and internationally, they are delighted to
Poor sea conditions at Monaco anchorage dictated our cruise ship moor in Villefranche-sur-Mer instead. I immediately made reservation for La Belle Etoile based on TA ranking. Good thing I did not hesitate as restaurant was fully occupied on a quiet Monday evening. We enjoyed one of our best meals in France. Tamaraâs warm and gracious welcome made us feel like we were visiting her home.

What a gem!A very friendly husband and wife team own this small, atmospheric little restaurant. Yes, little, so if you want to go you must book. We were here on a rainy evening in April and many people were turned away as the place was full.Fresh produce, beautifully cooked and presented at a reasonable price. A nice wine list too. There is a car park just across the street.Recommended!

The patisserie is excellent here and the food and drink options generally good, as is service. As you would expect with such a place, it is very expensive.

My husband and I walked by this little restaurant several times while on holiday in Beaulieu. On our final day we popped over to have lunch. The restaurant had only three/four groups dining there. The woman who greeted us looked us up and down then told us she had no table. She Made no effort to accommodate us whatsoever. Very rude. Obviously we cannot comment on food but going on the initial blunt and unmannerly welcome we received, we certainly would not go back!!

We have diner here several times, this visit was as good as the previous ones. The view across the terrace to the bay is wonderful, service was steady without being exceptional. Food was delicious, crabs tomato, octopus and fish were all great. Solid wine list to match. I think this Restuarant is great on value and food and the view.

Beaulieu-sur-Mer is blessed with great restaurants but this is a gem.The interior is modern high end bistro and the food is sublime. I will remember the amazing buffalo mozzarella with finely chopped vegetables forever. This was only a starter but set the scene for a memorable evening of fabulous food and fine wine - I can highly recommend the Argentinian Malbec Rewen. Sacrilage I know in a country that produces the best wine bar none!!We chose fillet of beef for the main course and this was beautiful, done very simply and garnished with vegetables and a small jus. Only the French know how how to make bread and this was plentiful throughout the meal.Whilst we were full I just had to squeeze in a dessert and Iâm so glad I did. The poached pear was one of the nicest Iâve had - and that includes many Michelin restaurants. The staff are friendly, helpful and happy to explain the dishes. My only wish is that we were in Beaulieu-sur-Mer a little longer in order to pay another visit. I highly recommend dining here, food and wine fabulous and thereâs a lovely buzzy atmosphere.

good point -One of the premium location directly facing the dock-waiters are truly attentive - the food however is just correct but without that little flair ( like a special dressing , sauce layout etc.. ) that makes the unforgettable difference - to my opinion this place seems to be a little overpriced - e.g 65 ⬠for 2 x "natural" Lobster half that you could easily prepare yourself - really you could expect more for the price - so a little bit disappointed
