We dined on âdagensâ (meal of the day), courtesy of a friend who is a lecturer there. The unusual location on the campus of Skövde High School and the Gothia Science Park did not promise âfine diningâ, but the quality of the dishes on offer was exceptional and generous and we dined well in smart, ultra-modern surroundings. There is an extensive salad bar to accompany the main course, together with bread, drinks and coffee, all for a very reasonable exclusive price. Without our friendâs introduction, we doubt that we would have thought of dining on an educational campus, but we were pleasantly surprised by the location and the quality of the food on offer. The campus staff and pupils are lucky to have such an excellent restaurant on their doorstep!

God frukost och riktigt god lunchbuffé. Catering oxå! God husmanskost utmärkt för arbetaren! Ligger "tråkigt" ute på industrin, men inriktar sig ju mot arbetarna. Man slipper ge sig in i stan för att komma hit.

I had a few beers here with colleagues from the University. There's a good selection of beers, the buffet food is pretty good, and it's got a nice atmosphere. Service was friendly.

Fantastic restaurant, that need to focus on staff and also service appeal. The food is ordinary ecologic choice, could be expensive and still not feel WOW. I would prefare others close to this choice. However; u will feel like a Queen when sitting there. Skip food and only take a drink.

Lunch restaurant with "dish-of-the-day" service in a shopping centre. Reasonable selection of dishes and slightly better than run-of-th-mill alternatives. Prices are also standard for the service provided

A Family that is Fantastic. If u meat Haton; she will take sun down to u; her smile will follow u rest of day. The food is always 10/10; Pizza, salad bar, good swedish lunch u will get there. Evenings are nice, good bar. This is 10/10, so go there! Parking area are free.

This was the first time I'd ever visited a restaurant with this concept. Very simple: sit down, waitress gives you your table number and you download the app for the restaurant. Drink and food menus are on the app. Order via the app. When your drinks or food are ready you receive a text message. You then collect your drink from the bar or your food from the pass. Because it's Tapas, you can just keep ordering as you go along. Pay the waitress at the end. I have to say the food was fantastic! As were the cocktails. The venue was superb too, with a circus theme...and later in the evening, the venue also opens as a nightclub, with 2 levels of entertainment. A brilliant concept, well executed. Great staff. Next time I head to Skövde, to visit my friends, I shall be sure to book a table, again. Thank you.

Mamma Mia is a very nice place which reminds small restaurants in Italy. And people who work here have warm welcome for their clients. Warm bread, warm blankets when you sit outside on a windy day... Human warmth compensates for cold Swedish climate and makes Italy almost real.No problem to come with children.As for food, I would recommend pizza and scampi. Scampi con Aglio e vino bianco, to be precise. Fresh delicate taste, tender structure. Refined simplicity. Mm-m... I actually regret that I haven't tried desserts and refrained from alcohol... Have to come again :) Pizza is quite cheap for such quality, btw. Mamma Mia also serves lunches on weekdays.

Cousy restaurant by the market place. Nice and friendly service, with good proactive approach to recommend different alternatives. Apparently several local dishes. Had a fish which had cooked/served a bit differently than typical fish dishes which was really a pleasant surprise. No English menu available so had to do some translations with my limited Swedish âfood-vocabularyâ, though we managed well with support from the stuff.

Had a nice dinner with colleagues. We were 25 people and placed in the basement. The menu was limited, but they had there nicest dishes in there. Took the Jack Daniels marinaded biff sirloin which was delicious and perfectly medium. the fresh bernaise sause was outstanding as well.
