If you're looking to eat a 'Francesinha' in São João da Madeira look no further, this is the place for you. They serve the typical Francesinha, with fresh sausage and 'linguiça', the sauce is delicious and the meat is very tender: living in são joão and having tried them everywhere I can surely say it's 5 stars here! The Sangria is also very good and very well served! Overall it's a very nice atmosphere to hang out with friends and enjoying an awesome meal. They price is average so you'll have a good deal, considering the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff.Definitely 5 stars.

I end up in this restaurant by accident and it was a very good surprise. Nice traditional Portuguese food with a good dining room. The kitchen is completely open and immaculate clean. The wine list together with the sympathy of the owner Jose Manuel make this visit worth to repeat. The prices are very cheap.

Capricious Pizzaria Restaurant offers you a variety of dishes and pizzas a la carte as well as suggestions of the day. We accept reservations.
I've been there a few times already (more than 10) and the quality of the food will not let you down. It's a pretty traditional Italian restaurant offering pizza and pasta but also other Portuguese cuisine dishes. It's been recently re-decorated. Go for the curry pizza (pizza Gallo) for something different.Thank you so much for your coment! We are always ready to welcome you.
