Restaurant is really easy to find as located straight on the main square of the city. Really tasty food and very good service. Very good value for money. For lunch of the family of 7 people we paid about 155 zl (some 40 euro). Highly recommended.

The best cafe in town
Was there for a quick cup of coffee, ended up having 2 of them. Coffee is fresh and delicious. Now I know, next time in Sanok, it's a must to have a cup of coffee there.

Gospoda was nice, situated in front of open air museum so good place for eating or just drinking a cup of coffee or beer before or after visiting of skansen. Tasty coffee and delicious muffins. You can also eat there some traditional Polish food, such as pierogi.
Proziakownia is a place you can easily mistake for an American-style street food bar and quickly disregard its regional Subcarpathian character. The truth is it combines both (and more!) at which it succeeds greatly.Proziaks, as they are called, are a regional kind of bread based on unleavened dough, baked on firewood. What you get as filling is to be picked from a couple of options - I chose a beef burger, while other options comprise Italian-style chicken, "ruskie" (a mix of cheese and mashed potatoes well known from traditional Polish pierogi) as well as several other regular variants and weekly seasonal ones.It turns out superb indeed. The bread has a decent touch you won't normally taste elsewhere in Poland (or the world in general), while the filling is prepared with utmost care. When ordering beef burger, I chose to have it rare, which proved to be fried in the best way one could expect. The veggies and cheese were equally fresh and tasty. The place is quite cosy, but when we came it wasn't crowded and thus not much waiting was needed. The crew were very nice and so were their smiles.A single proziak is a bit more than a piece of tapas, but you won't easily make a full featured dinner of it. Anyway, it's worth it.

kid friendly, quite folk place with nice interiors and exteriors, place for kids to play, but the food - food is really good, the starters and the salads/surowki are really good , I would recomed the regional cuisine to be discovered there. Nice place with very good value for money factor

We stopped there for a lunch. We ordered bell pepper soup and goulash soup. Both were good. Also we ordered tenderloin medallions, pancakes with spinach and some other stuff. All was really tasty. Prices reasonable. Weakest point was service. Though they tried to be nice - something went wrong and we did not receive all what we actually ordered. Though - would come back.

If I got it right, Stary Kredens has been transformed into a gourmet restaurant by a Polish celebrity-restaurateur Magda Gessler. Iâve no idea how was the food before the transformation but presently itâs simply delicious. Pierogi were amazing but goose roulade was really something special, succulent and tender, definitely best goose Iâve had. If I get a chance to visit Sanok again, Iâll definitely visit Stary Kredens once more.Helpful and discreet staff.
