Everything, the food is excellent and the staff really friendly. This is a Must Go in Rosario. It has the quality of the Rich in a smaller place, which is an advantage for people who appreciate the good quality of dishes and the chance of talking at the same time without noisy costumers around you.

We made the mistake of visiting this truly awful resteraunt whilst visiting Rosario and after reading the very positive 2 year old review in Time Out. Something has clearly happened to the Chef in the last 2 years.. The tapas we ordered; mushrooms in ham, prawns in garlic, and cheese in filo pastry were all very very average. The prawns were overcooked and the cheese in filo was a lumpen tasteless mess. We moved on to Bife de Chorizo and Bandiola de cerdo. The bandiola was just about edible but overcooked and with tasteless potatoes on the side. The Bife was truly ghastly and the meat on the turn - eg 'off'. When a polite complaint was made to the head waiter, he erupted with fury and said we were wrong to complain and there was nothing wrong with it - all without even looking at or trying the offending article. Given his aggressive attiitude we asked for the bill and told him we were not paying for the Bife, he insisted we paid and the bill arrived including the Bife. We maintained out refusal to pay and, with voices rising he finally returned with a new bill without the Bife - which we paid. The attitude of the Head Waiter was extraordinary but perhaps forgiveable on the basis I suspect he is confronted by disgruntled diners at every sitting and he is finally losing his patience -but sadly with the wrong people - he should give the Chef a good kicking rather than the customer. A bit of a giveaway as to the quality of this place was perhaps the way the chef wandered about the resteraunt like some celebrity rather than being in the kitchen doing his job. This place is a MUST MISS for anyone visiting Rosario - which by the way - is a beautiful city.

Most places in Rosario have no idea how to make pizza. Doppio Zero has a real Italian (first generation import?) doing the pizza. The think crust is hard to find around, and is very well done. Stay away from the Jamon Cocido. The mushroom risotto is worth every bite as well.

Excellent option for a romantic stay in Rosario. Lovely restaurant, amazing architecture. Good service. The hotel is currently being refurbished so there are two types of rooms. The old ones keep the spirit of the old city, with a history of about a hundred years. High ceilings, squeaky wooden floors, and neatly decorated (very contemporary). Only con about it is probably a bit noisy but nothing that will make your stay less enjoyable. Other rooms are the ones built a new o recently updated. Either way Savoy is a choice you will not regret. The restaurant is particularly good and an attraction for both clients of the hotel and locals.

Typical atmosphere and clientele of a Hardrock style restaurant, with very good food, drinks and beers. Noisy indeed, but can be fun.
