Questo locale si è meritato nel corso degli anni la fama per l'ottima musica live e per il favoloso intrattenimento del proprietario. Valutazione media solo perché c'è un ricarico di prezzo durante i concerti (20%-22%) assolutamente non giustificato. Si arriva a pagare due amari fino a 9â¬. Prezzo non in linea con lo "stile" del locale.

Visited this restaurant on recommendation and was as good as it gets...the steaks are awesome and menu choice very good. Great position and service was very good too.Not a cheap place to eat but for a treat out and to dine up market from the usual trattoria style then this place is worth a visit. Good wines and friendly staff made it a pleasure. Gioiosa offers many types of eateries and this is must visit.

Delicious food, great service in beautiful surroundings. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the area. They have also started a free taxi to and from your home this year. We will be visiting many times before our return to the UK.

A great location on sea front offering numerous styles of pizza, sea food was especially good and service good. Well worth a visit as the location is super and quality of pizza is awesome. Evening entertainment of music in background so choose well where you want to sit if you don't like karaoke.Special beers also supplied.

We have have visited here on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. The reinvented dishes of the region's "cucina tipica" are superb. Fresh, local seafood prepared in a variety of ways - raw, steamed, baked, etc. - is always excellent. The traditional, refined, and upscale surroundings added to our experience. The owner and wait staff are warm, welcoming, and always professional. Whenever we visit the Ionian coast of Calabria, a visit to Gambero Rosso is an absolute must!

We literally blew into Roccella Ionica on a sailboat for an unplanned layover while trying it avoid a storm. Because we had not planned a stop here, we didn't know much about the area, so asked locals for a restaurant recommendation for lunch. We were directed to Ristorante Exclusive. Off the main road, behind a drab looking building was a beautiful gem of a restaurant, a very fancy looking white table cloth establishment. We were a little reluctant to enter, as we were dressed very casually. But once inside we saw all the other diners were as casual. The dress is probably nicer at the dinner. We were warmly welcomed and couldn't have asked for better service. We ordered 3 appetizers....a mixed seafood plate, frito misto veggies and a meat & cheese plate; then primi for our main course.....seafood and meat sauce ravioli. Everything was delicious and fresh. All the portions were plentiful enough to take leftovers back to the boat for another meal the following day.A little side note: we set out to bicycle that day, but it was so windy that I opted to catch a cab from the marina to town to meet my husband and our friends, who cycled in. When we were ready to leave the restaurant, I asked the waiter if he would call a cab for me. He responded that his shift was over and he would be happy to take me back to the marina. You can't ask for better service than that!

Was recommended to try this restaurant so thought it be worth a visit. Location is just outside of Gioiosa towards Roccella, nice setting and plenty of garden space, well decorated and professional looking set up. Staff pleasant enough and service was adequate. Ordered the risotto which to my liking was slightly stodgy and one clump! Starter was fine as just meats and cheese board.The steak was ok but could have been trimmed better to remove excess fat and the fatty bits as it was ordered rare - medium the fat was not properly cooked off. Tried the recommended wine which was not all that but drinkable. In all bit pricey and not as good as was expected as the rave reviews did not match up. In all fairly mediocre but pleasant enough... stick to the basic menu and donât worry about the over rated menu
